It has been our custom, at this time of the year, to place a reminder in the newsletter for parishioners who wish to contribute to a Christmas Purse for our Rector and members of the Staff of our church. You may mail your contributions (marked Christmas Purse ) to the Treasurer, St. Matthew s Episcopal Church, P. O. Box 568, Houma, Louisiana 70361, or place them in the collection plate on Sundays in an envelope addressed to the Treasurer. If you wish to designate a certain amount for the Rector and/or members of the staff, please furnish that information with your contribution. If no designation is made, the contributions will be divided equally among the Rector and the other members of the Staff. Members of the staff are: the Rector, Office Manager, Church Organist, the Christian Education Coordinator and 1 assistant, and Sunday morning Nursery attendant.
