Manifesting Purity, Balance And Ascension For All LIFE. When the elementals return to their Etheric Focus at the close of each season, it is for the purpose of reviewing their progress during that time. He then receives further instruction for the improvement of his project. When he has reached a very high degree of perfection of expression he is prepared to proceed to a higher state of development, and will be required to serve as a Deva or other Higher Form. A similar project takes place in the Human Kingdom. Between embodiments he returns to the Etheric Focus for the purpose of reviewing the progress made during the embodiment and receives further instructions. He then returns to physical embodiment with these further instructions firmly established on inner levels, and endeavors to advance to a higher level of consciousness. The chelas of the Great White Brotherhood are well aware of this fact, and wise is he who develops the art of discernment and discrimination so that he will not repeat the same mistakes over and over again, and thus retard his progress on the ladder of evolution. Love your brethren; do no wrong to your fellow traveler, love all Life through the harmonious radiation of your own being; proceed in humility and expand the borders of the Father's Kingdom. Imagine the control that needs to be trained into these elementals not to fulfill their first instinct that of outpicturing the consciousness of humanity but rather to retain a remembrance of God's Consciousness and outpicture that Perfection while in the discordant atmosphere of humankind. This service goes on all year but is amplified with this Retreat cycle during the mystic month of May. Beloved Zeus asks that you help train the elementals of your own bodies to outpicture your God Perfection and no longer outpicture the remnants of your human consciousness. Here a sponsoring Deva will greet each chela and you will be seated with this Deva in an appropriate section representing one of the four elements... (Pause and feel which of the elemental quadrants you are assigned to now and as it changes through the month)... Come to befriend this Deva, for he or she will be your teacher this month, in your attempts to know us. The Temple of Purity, this retreat is responsible for the purification of the Light for all Life and creation on this sweet planet. The central as the source of elemental balance and cohesiveness. altar stands brightly above the spot where Empire State Building is humanity upon the Planet. Without this living laboratory made up of elemental Life evolving all misqualified energy into a Light Vibration greater than any This is in order to sustain a living laboratory of Life for the evolution of humankind could not evolve in the mastery of energy and vibration. And it is in creating, sustaining and maintaining this laboratory of Life that elemental and Devic evolution proceeds. Hence, the Kingdoms need each other to evolve on to higher Life. Our Focus here at Mt. Kosciusko is a concentrated activity of the Sun of even pressure reaching the surface of the Earth... drawn forth to maintain a balance among elementals serving on or around the Planet. Of course, the Sun of even pressure blazes towards the surface of the Earth in all directions, but our Focus is simply the most concentrated activity that yet reaches the surface, through centuries of invocation and specifically created channels in the actual make-up of the Earth. As we are now within the mountain in projected consciousness, please see with your inner sight the great Altar at the center of this circular Temple where blazes the located. When one travels to this retreat, they have the opportunity of man or woman or child can conceive. This energy once realized rises into the planetary causal body and the individual causal body of every soul that has ever qualified and called forth The Circle and The Sword. When one enters the foyer focus before them immediately is a circle of white fire tinged with light blue. To gain entrance into this retreat one must walk through the fire and be purified and cleansed of all that is not of the Light.
After passing through the circle of fire the soul then descends upon a cloud into a room filled with pure white effervescent Light. Before them stands a circular altar made of the purest white substance, and rising from this altar, a tall and powerful sword of blue silver fire that is surrounded by a sphere of the clearest purest Christ Light imaginable. As one focuses on this circle they notice it is spiraling in and out. They begin to conceive and understand that it is moving at such a fast rate and vibration that it seems to stand still before one's physical eyes. The sword spins as well in very fast clockwise motion. All this occurs while the white and blue fire pass between one another, creating a mandala of Light almost dancing within itself. It is most wondrous to behold as seeing all misqualified energy that passes through the circle and sword is made whole and complete by this Divine activity. Legions upon legions upon legions of Angels of Purity stand around this mighty altar as far as the eye can see. These bands create rings upon rings feeding the circle and sword, their Light their momentum, their energy for the transformation of all that is not of the Divine in the world of form. As this energy and vibration is transformed one can see clearly how it rises into the cosmos, each point of light that is within the mandala represents the causal body of each creation upon Earth. We are very grateful to have the blessing of this activity, to cut us free from anything that does not serve and fulfill the Great Divine Plan. So It Is, BELOVED I AM this evening, you will see these activities on a Cosmic Screen which will remain for the entire month. Please remember, Beloved ones, that you have all of these elements, tiny elementals, within your own vehicles. Accept, Oh accept this service, and I counsel you to ask for PEACE; ask the Beloved Elohim of Peace, invoke Beloved Surya to enfold you in the Cosmic Flame of Peace this month especially, for there is going to be a tremendous Step-up in the vibratory action of your beings. Feel the rush - the rush of Power as these mighty Devas come into this Sanctuary - you can scarce accept this thought into your consciousness before they are back again, and remember they will continue this activity all through the month. Dear ones of Light, Harmony is of the Essence, for all must enter deeply into this Balancing Activity of the Elements. It is essential. For this is the first time that the chelas have actually entered into a specific Service of the Angelic Kingdom consciously... you know all our Hearts are so thankful, for there is not one Son or one Daughter in Heaven but bows to the Light of Beloved Saint Germain. Learn to revere that Holy One as we do. How he loves this Sweet Earth; how he loves you; how he loves each tiny elemental, he favors none, all share and share alike, according to your capacity to receive, and your capacity to receive expands according to your Love of the Light. Seen with the inner sight, the Light around Holy Mount Kosciusko is magnificent this evening. Good evening, my friends, a transcendent activity is taking place tonight. May I thank you for your Love of the Light, for your attendance at this Transmission of the Flame Class, for this I AM so very grateful. I AM so humbly grateful that I AM permitted to give you a brief resume of the Holy Activity this evening... Now, travel in consciousness with me to Mount Kosciusko and enter the Temple. This Temple is gigantic in size, about a thousand feet in diameter. As you know, there is an etheric counterpart, which has been constructed for the chelas over this Focus. The walls are of white marble, veined in gold, and the four chambers within this Focus are divided for the various elements of Fire, Air, Water and Earth, and the divisions have been removed, I mean they have receded into the floor and all that remains is a very vapory substance rising about one foot from the floor, similar to the substance of a cloud one would see in the sky. It is extremely beautiful. I would add that the area way or aisle between the Chambers is paved with pure Gold. In the various sections devoted to the Elements, We are being honored by the Presence of our Beloved Helios and Vesta, the Fire Element, and Beloved Pelleur and Virgo, the Earth Element. These glorious Beings were in the forefront of each chamber, and during the actual Ceremony they were seated upon magnificent white Throne Chairs, the backs of which were inlaid with precious Jewels representing the Seven Rays. The Focus of the Flame is within the Central Circle, to which the four aisles lead. There are three steps comprising the platform. On the first step during the Ceremony was a Deva-rajah representing each of the Elements: on the second tier stood the magnificent Lord Lemuel - what a tremendous Being he is. The Flame itself rushes up from the center of the Earth like a fountain of scintillating Light, through the aperture on the third tier. When Lord Lemuel breathed upon that Flame he was scarcely visible, because his Light so blended with it, and when he breathed out that Balancing Power to the Assembled Guests, can you imagine the spectacle of Light, with all the Sponsors of the Year, the Deva-rajahs and a Host of mighty Cosmic Beings. As the Flame rushed forth into the amphitheatre, It rose to great heights as the glorious music of the Retreat s Keynote resounded throughout, and the four glorious Devas carried that Flame all around the Earth. When they completed the first cycle, they were joined by hundreds of Devas, all carrying the Essence of the Balancing Activity of the Elements around the Planet. They are engaged in that service this very instant and will saturate and saturate the Earth and all upon and within it. When you come to the amphitheatre Hail, children of the Light, I come to you this morning with my Legions of the Angelic Host whose Fiery Swords of Blue Flame will be brought into action to wield the power of their Light in the activity of purification of this Earth. Will you please be seated. It is our great privilege to serve the omnipotent Presence of the Father-Mother God, and with grateful hearts we shall engage in a Service today of tremendous acceleration of cleansing this Planet and her evolutions at the designated moment when I shall give the signal for this intensified purification to begin! How many of the chelas really understand what is meant by the Circle and Sword of Blue Flame? Do you, here assembled, just see a being with a Circle and Sword which emits the Blue-white Flame whirling through the atmosphere - or do you consciously join your energies of invocation to the service which takes place when this activity is set into motion? Enter deeply within the Flame of your hearts and let me take away any consciousness which is of the human and briefly describe the activity. Immediately upon the call to me, or others engaged in the Service of Purification through the Circle and Sword of Blue Flame, one or more Members of my Legions rush to the condition or to the person requiring assistance and plunge the Sword of Blue Flame into the cause and core of the imperfection. The very instant the Flaming Sword contacts the condition, a Circle of Blue Flame immediately forms in order to prevent the imperfection from spreading into other vortices of contamination. Will you please visualize the activity of a mighty blowtorch burning away the substance of impurity in the etheric garment where this record is stored, and the blazing emanation of the encircling activity completely surrounding the four lower garments, for all are tied in to the record of distress. You have all seen a stone cast into a lake and the resulting ripples well, that is an infinitesimal illustration of the spreading circle, which is emitted when the Sword of Blue Flame is driven into imperfection. If one tries to plunge a sword into a substance, which has the resistance of a rock - the immediate resulting effect is of no consequence and seems almost impregnable. Bear in mind that there is no substance in any cause and core of imperfection, which the Sword of Blue Flame cannot pierce. These causes and cores of imperfection have been around for eons of time and we require tremendous assistance in the form of calls to go into action when there has been no effort on the
part of individuals who feed these imperfections and do not clean them up - either through ignorance of the activity or through a lackadaisical attitude. Time and again we repeat that we are allowed to release just so much energy according to Cosmic Law, and beyond that we depend upon the people of Earth to invoke us, and it is upon the intensity of the feeling within the call that this activity is accelerated. Remember, the Sword is like unto a blazing torch burning away the imperfection, and replacing it with Purity's Flame - the White Fire Activity qualified with whatever God Virtue is called forth. Some of the chelas are prone to think of the Violet Fire as the only activity of Transmutation - most certainly it is an established fact that the Violet Fire is a Flame of Transmutation, but children of God, please remember that any service of the Seven Rays is a Transmuting Activity. The Will of God is Perfection, the Flame of God Illumination, the Heart of God Pure Divine Love etc.; all are Rays of Transmutation, the changing of an imperfect condition into Perfection. Let it be understood, however, that in the Seventh Dispensation, under which we are at the present time, the tremendous activities of the First, Fourth and Seventh Rays are essential to bring the service of Pure Divine Love into being and acceptance! Yes, Love does heal all, but one must ever be alert and not permit a passive activity of the Third Ray to be accepted as a 'cure all' when we know that a dynamic feeling must be employed to rout these vortices of iniquity which have been too long imbedded in the consciousness of mankind. Bear in mind that every activity of the Sacred Fire is one of Love, and the feeling world of the individual sending forth the Call determines the efficacy of the activity. The First, Fourth and Seventh Rays have been referred to by some as 'battering rams'. While that may seem appropriate, always remember whatever service you desire to render your fellow man should be clothed in Pure Divine Love. While on the subject of Calls, I would like to briefly talk about Decrees, not a new thought, but one which continually crops up. Some chelas prefer short Decrees; some prefer long ones; some like mantras which they feel, within themselves, could better accomplish a given purpose; some prefer the Decrees with accompanying music. Dearly Beloved ones, any and all invocations to God or his Messengers render a service when accompanied by the harmonious radiation of the feeling world. You are given the free will of following the type of service which appeals to you, to use when in your own homes, BUT, and this is very important - when in the Sanctuary or Meeting place, it The more Harmony and Divine Love, Which you send forth, The greater the Light of the world. Since this Focus represents the Balancing Activity of the Elements, you will note the color of the Flame - Pink, Gold and Blue has an intense degree of brilliance - the colors are truly vibrant! Remember, this is a Focus of great Power, but it is balanced by the Flames of Wisdom and Pure Divine Love. While the Beings serving at this Retreat are concerned primarily with weather conditions, it is expedient that the chela remember that his vehicles are composed of the four corresponding elements of fire, air, water and earth! As we have stated over and over, there is no separation in God's Heart, and what affects an element in one place causes a similar vibration in that element everywhere... the degree depending upon the vibratory action of each component. I shall now give you a short resume of the description of the Focus Itself. There are four theatres of action - each dedicated to a specific Element. These Chambers are of equal size, and are built within a circle in pie-shaped wedges, and in the very heart center of the Circle is a gigantic Three-fold Flame, which issues from the physical heart of the Mountain. As the Seasons change and the Devas are serving a specific part of the Globe at a given time, the kaleidoscope of color within these various theatres is magnificent. I shall have to let you rely on your own visualizing capacity to envision the glorious display of color tones! Be prepared for a magnificent exhilaration of consciousness and well-being which should result from your visits to this Focus. I shall close by giving you a brief word picture of Lord Lemuel, Hierarch of this Focus. He is a Member of the Angelic Kingdom and first came to Earth with Lord Michael. He is a Being of great stature, whose eyes are like blazing Suns. His rather short wavy hair is so light in color it gives the appearance of being white, and it forms a halo of Light about his handsome, forceful face. From one who loves the Angelic Kingdom so deeply, and serves with them at every opportunity. is only courtesy to lend your energies in concert with the Director or Leader. He or she has been given that position because of certain momentums in their lifestream and you have been drawn to that Focus because of a compatibility of radiation. Remember that the Gifts of each lifestream are a blessing to the many. There are some questions in the hearts of the chelas concerning the method of Decreeing. Some of this is due to the fact that we are entering into the activity of Ritual. Many do not understand what Ritual means - they believe it to be the lighting of candles, certain physical postures and solemnity of feeling. Ah, this is true, but first of all Ritual means the expression of harmony, of beauty, of adoration to the Supreme Source and its innumerable facets of expression in an orderly manner. Your consciousness of so-called confusion or disagreement with the other chelas service is due to the fact that many chelas have emerged from and have a momentum in those religious denominations of the past where Ceremonial was not incorporated into the service. My counsel to you is to take away your own thought of how another should give a service, and to humbly and lovingly release your energies in harmonious accord to assist this Earth and her evolutions to rid herself of the shroud which she is forced to wear. THE TIME IS SHORT FOR THE PURIFICATION OF THIS PLANET - and no knowledgeable chela should hesitate for a moment to follow another leader, if he or she is privileged to be a member of a group, and a true heart call from any individual on this Planet can render a service away and above that of anyone or gathering of individuals who has not entered the glorious Presence within their hearts, and in so doing holding the thought of Service to the Almighty. THIS IS A CRUCIAL HOUR IN THE EARTH'S EVOLUTION - so I counsel you to be alert and let go of the human - AND LET GOD!!! It is my fervent prayer that no chela will be found wanting when the fiery Edict goes forth that all nonsense of the human must cease at that instant. I desire now to discourse a little on the discarnates. Some chelas are still confused because it has been heretofore stated that all discarnates had been removed from the Earth; all discarnates up to the time of that Dispensation were removed. Does not common sense tell one that every minute lifestreams leave the physical plane of Earth? Please listen carefully. Directly above the Earth sphere is a realm where the discarnates abide. At the time of their appearance before the Karmic Board it is
decided where they shall reside; those who do not have to return to the Earth are assigned to the Ascension Temples, which are in a realm or strata ABOVE that part of the discarnate realm where those who have to re-embody abide. In the lower strata, there are Halls of Learning where the individuals receive instruction from the various God-Free Beings; this instruction is not continuous, but for specific periods. In other words, they have free time to absorb and contemplate the instruction, which has been given. They have opportunity to visit one with another. And very important, this is the Realm where Lord Michael, myself, and our Legions are ever on the alert for those who have not shed their nefarious practices through purification, where many sinister activities are spawned, and these individuals tie in to the Earth activities of a similar nature since they still desire to roam the world seeking the ruin of souls. A lifestream who has been engaged in malefic activities through the centuries does not go into a Temple of Learning and shed these tendencies in a flash! These individuals receive and receive instruction on the Spiritual Law until such time as their Sponsor takes them to the Karmic Board for review, and they are perhaps given the opportunity for another round on Earth. Please be assured that no immediate relative of a chela is in the lower strata of the discarnate realm, but in the realm where the Ascension Temples are, preparing themselves for the Ascension, if they have not already completed their purification. Of course, you may make calls for those in the Ascension Temples, as well as for those in the Lower Strata of the Discarnate Realm. I trust this will clarify some questions in the consciousness of many earnest chelas. Beloved ones, I AM so deeply grateful for this opportunity of speaking with you, and of assuring you that your calls to me and to the Legions of the Circle and Sword of Blue Flame have swept away countless tons of effluvia from the Planet Earth. I also wish to assure you that I AM as close as your heart call, and ever await that summons to render service to any part of Life - anywhere - be it on Earth or in the realm of the disembodied! I now raise my hand and signal my Legions to go into action in the accelerated purification of the Earth and her evolutions. Feel that Sword of Light travel down your spinal column with the encircling rings of Blue Flame expand to the periphery of your auras - purifying all your vehicles, according to your acceptance. I ENTREAT YOU TO ACCEPT THIS SERVICE!!! Let us now direct our attention to the actual Focus at Mount Kosciusko. The main reason the chelas have not been appraised of this Focus at an earlier date is due to the fact that heretofore the intensive pulsation of Light would have been too strenuous for their etheric vehicles. In order to accommodate the chelas who will come here in their etheric garments on, the builders of Form have created an etheric duplicate over the Mountain where the chelas will assemble. Mankind en masse will not gravitate to this Focus - only those who have sufficiently raised their vibratory action to tolerate even the etheric counterpart will be permitted to come. The general public will be brought to another etheric Focus, which has been created not far from the Main Focus, where they will receive lessons in the rudimentary activities of the elements. The chelas will first be escorted to this lesser amphitheatre, for the majority is not well acquainted with the glorious service of the Elemental Kingdom. Then when they proceed to the amphitheatre at Mount Kosciusko, they will receive further instruction. Here they will be privileged to witness a procession of the Devas, who are Members of this Focus, as they proceed from the four cardinal points. They will have the privilege of witnessing a glorious Deva expand his Light and take on the form required to render the specific service to which he has been assigned. When first the chelas are presented to a Deva, they will see an exquisitely beautiful face, the eyes of blazing Light being the most noticeable, and then the form will become visible within the luminosity of his Presence. Perhaps you may be able to envision this in your waking consciousness if you will consider the beauty one sees as he turns his attention to the Devas in a blue sky on a clear day. To be brought into closer proximity to these magnificent Beings is a privilege, which must be earned. The wise and humble chela will ask that he bring the memory of these experiences into his waking hours. The activity of this Focus is brought to the forefront at this time because we are now definitely in the vibratory action of the Seventh Ray, and the activity has now been definitely launched when Angels will walk and talk with men, and the fulfillment of that statement is a tremendous service to the evolutions upon this and other Planets, and it is time that the chelas realized more fully that they should serve with them and not just think of the Angels as being around in great numbers at specific Holy Seasons.

The Focus at Mount Kosciusko, the highest peak in Australia, is a Radiating Center of the Devarajahs, or Divine Rulers, who are Lords of the four Elements. These mighty Beings perform a continuous activity through the substance of Fire, Air, Water and Earth. They are Members of the Angelic Kingdom, and are sometimes referred to as Angels of the Four Cardinal Points. They supervise the Seasons of the yearly cycle. While they supervise the activities of the Elements in conjunction with the Service of mighty Helios and Vesta, Beloved Thor and Aries, Beloved Neptune and Lunara, and Beloved Pelleur and Virgo, Cosmic Law does not permit them to avert catastrophic action caused by man's willful destructive use of free will. They can; however, temper excessive weather conditions when so invoked this is a very important fact to remember!
How many chelas truly understand the meaning of the Virtue Purity'? Some think of it as a physical state of being, which actually is the result of their present consciousness. Purity begins when all the lower vehicles enable one to progress in the Light on the Fourth Ray. To achieve the Ascension one must be true to the Divine Edict given before the fall of man, when the consciousness never descended to less than that one's True Being. Now, witnessing your willingness to cooperate with Us and your desire to serve with your brother and sister cells on Earth in the raising of this planet to its Divine Estate of Purity, it is imperative that you raise your Consciousness to that of "I AM". My service to this planet and her evolutions is to release the radiation of Purity, for in Purity one can Ascend to a higher rate of vibration. As you know, the word "Ascension" means rising or going higher. Any lifestream who wishes to dip into the Reservoir of Purity, need only to be true to the precepts which We have given through the years. I have been pictured with Lord Michael using My Cosmic Sword of Blue Flame in the Astral Realms, which indeed I do. Realize, too, that it is imperative for you to align yourselves with the accelerated vibration of Purity in its true sense. The Astral Realm is akin to the human. There are many planes of consciousness and there are some chelas who so channel, in all sincerity, messages from the Astral Realm! Many lifestreams are now endeavoring to channel from the Realms of Light, but tune directly into the Astral Realm, which is easy of access, and bring forth messages which boost the human ego and ultimately tie the lifestream and their followers into the negative forces. Be Aware! My specific purpose in speaking to you today is to tell you that Purity is little understood by many chelas. One thinks of Purity as Light, or that which agrees with their present state of consciousness. Purity IS the uncontaminated release of God's Holy Energy in the manner, which was understood, in the former Golden Ages. I use the word 'former' because We are on the threshold of the Permanent Golden Age, where all the evolutions will again understand the True Meaning of the Light of God. Each of Us who have Ascended the Ladder of Evolution know that actually Purity means positive, affirmative radiation of Love Divine, which embraces nothing less than the Will of God. All know the statement that THE WILL OF GOD IS LIGHT! and certainly pure Light does not contain negativity of any kind. Any precious metal (gold or silver for instance) when changed by the addition of some of the lesser elements is not 100% pure. Sometimes it is stronger! Sometimes it is weaker! But ALWAYS it is impure! What is true for the mineral kingdom applies to all Life where there should be no separation by adding a quality less than that of Perfection.
