A winner of the award is chosen on that basis by a committee of the Council s Past Grand Knights in late May. The winner does not need to be a child of a Knight. Over the 13 years of existence of the scholarship (a total of 17 awards given out), and with the support of the OLM parish family at the Annual Pasta Dinner, the award has been increased to $1,000. Applications are available online at www.olmwarren.org, at the Parish Office, and on the bulletin board across from classroom #1, with a closing date at the end of May. The winner will receive the award at a June Council meeting. Stewardship Reflections Children, let us love not in word or speech but in deed and truth. - 1 JOHN 3:18 Regarding our Catholic faith, do you walk the talk? Do you give gratefully and generously with your financial support to your parish and other needs? If not, it s not too late to start! The Our Lady of the Mount Women to Women Ministry will hold a bake sale the weekend of May 19th and 20th after all the Masses. The proceeds will be used to defray expenses of the annual Women s Day Gathering, retreat directors and priests, and for materials needed throughout the year. Please support the women of our parish through this bake sale. A donation jar will also be available. If you would like to contribute a baked good, please email Amal Elias at amal.elias@icloud.com.
