Today, February 3rd, please join us for a time of fellowship for our Annual Super Bowl Sunday lunch in the fellowship hall following church. On February 17, the Sara Nichols Circle will host a birthday celebration honoring Sara on her 99th birthday. Please join us for birthday cake between Sunday School & our worship service. Grace Episcopal Church is looking to have a list of drivers with trucks to go pick up food occasionally from Food Network in Jackson. If you could help with this ministry please contact Jackie Mockbee at 601-260-9941. Church Wide Call to Prayer. On February 17 th, we will be having a church wide Call to Prayer beginning at 6:00 PM. We will be praying for the 2019 Special Called General Conference which beginning February 23 rd through 26 th in St. Louis, Mo. We will also lift up prayers for each other. UMW & Ida Bennett. UMW will meet this Monday, February 4 th at 12 PM and Ida Bennett will follow.

Youth. February 24 th youth and youth parents lunch after church. Steward. Tommy Martin is the steward for February. Ruth Jones Circle. Ruth Jones Circle will meet on February 11 th at 6:45 PM. Beverly Green and Kathy Gardner are the hostesses. If you have not received an e-newsletter, or if you wish to receive future e- newsletters, please complete the sign-up form in the fellowship hall. Ongoing Opportunities Quilting Group meets the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month at 10:00 am. Mature Years will meet the 1st Wednesday of every month at 2:30. RECORDS UPDATE...Please let the church office know if any changes need to be made to the Concerns of Our Church Family list. Stretching in the Spirit Exercise Class meets every Monday and Wednesday at 8:30 am. MISSION OPPORTUNITIES FEBRUARY S COMMUNION OFFERING Vacation Bible School February s communion offering is in support of our 2019 Vacation Bible School. This year s theme is To Mars and Beyond-Explore Where God s Power can take you! The dates are June 10-13 th from 9:00-11:30 AM. Learning, fellowship and fun are experienced by approximately 50 children with the support of approximately 20 teachers and assistants. Ages 4 through those who have completed sixth grade are encouraged to attend this wonderful event in June. SECOND SUNDAY HARVEST Grace Episcopal Church partnered with the Mississippi Food Network to provide food to the neediest among us. Grace Food Pantry is open from 10:00am-1:00 pm on the fourth Thursday of each month at Grace. If you would like to provide nonperishable food items to the pantry, please place your donations in the baskets located in the sub-story.

The East/West Jackson Districts are offering training for interested church members on Saturday, February 9th at Brandon First UMC from 7:30 am to 4:15 pm. Three courses will be offered: (1) Basic Lay Servant; (2) Lay Servants Lead in Conflict Resolution; (3) Policy, Practice, and the Mission of the United Methodist Church. Who should attend?
