Day 1 Depart US and fly to Ben Gurion Airport, Tel Aviv. International flights usually arrive the following day Day 2 Land at Ben Gurion Airport, Tel Aviv. You will be greeted by a representative of Lipkin Tours who will welcome you to Israel. Shortly after that, you will board your connection flight to Eilat. Upon arrival in Eilat you will be met by our bus driver that will take you to the Wilderness Tabernacle model, in Park Timna. We will stop by the shores of the Red Sea " In these waters the Israelites crossed the Red Sea, led by Moses, while chased by the Egyptians, on their way out of exile into the promised land.( Book of Exodus 14: 29-31)". Check in to hotel. Dinner at the hotel Overnight at Eilat hotel Day 3 Today we will be crossing over from Eilat, Israel at the Arava crossing, to Aqaba, Jordan. From there we will stop at Wadi Rum before travelling to Petra to tour the ancient city full of historical and archeological importance. You will then drive to Amman where you will be staying overnight. Dinner at hotel. Overnight at Amman hotel
Day 4 Our first stop of the day will be Madaba, a small town known for its Byzantine mosaics. After that, we will travel to Mount Nebo where Moses saw the Holy Land from, (Book of Numbers 27: 12-13). We will then cross over into Israel through the Allenby Bridge into Jericho, Not far from the actual place where the Israelites, crossed into the promised land, (Book of Joshua, 4: 10-12) We will tour the city, before meeting up with the rest of the group and travelling to our next hotel in Samaria. Overnight at Samaria hotel Day 5 Today we will be touring Samaria, we will make our way to Mount Gerizim to learn about the Mountains of Blessings and Curses and enjoy the lookout into Shechem and Josef's Tomb, this will be followed by a visit to the HaYovel base camp in Har Bracha. Following lunch we will end our day with a hike up Mount Ebal to visit Joshua's Alter,(Joshua 8:30-35), Overnight in Samaria hotel Day 6 Our first stop of the day will be at Ancient Shiloh, the site where the Tabernacle stood for 369 years, and what was once the center of Jewish life. From there we will proceed to the Jewish village of Beth El, to visit the site of Jacob's Dream Of The Ladder, and recount the story in the place that it happened. We will then head to the Dead Sea, to check in to hotel and enjoy dinner. Overnight at Dead Sea hotel
Day 7 Free day to relax and enjoy the still waters of the Dead Sea, the hotel spa (included) and treatments (not included.) Overnight at Dead Sea hotel Day 8 After breakfast we will descend towards the area of the Dead Sea - the lowest point on earth. Upon arriving in the area we will ride cable cars to the top of Masada, King Herod's fortress in the Judean Desert. We will then hike through the beautiful Ein Gedi nature reserve, where King David hid from King Saul (Samuel 1 23:29). Our final stop of the day will be to Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls, from over 2000 years ago, were found. Transfer to Galilee hotel. Overnight in Galilee hotel Day 9 Begin our day at Tel Dan, a city belonging to the Tribe of Dan in Biblical times. Our next stop is at Banias, one of the sources of the River Jordan, the site of Caesarea Philippi where the Apostle Peter made his great confession of faith in Jesus as the Christ, the Son of God (Matth. 16:13-17).We will then drive up to the Golan Heights stopping at Mt. Bental, a lookout point where we can see the "Road to Damascus". Last stop in Katzrin home to ancient structural remains which date back to the Late Roman, Byzantine and Early Islamic periods. Day 10 Our first stop will be to visit the ruins of Capernaum which in Jesus' time was a flourishing border town and was called "his own city" because of the frequency with which Jesus visited it and the mighty works he did there. We continue with a visit to the Boat Museum in Ginosar where a 2,000 -year-old boat from Jesus time is exhibited. We will enjoy a boat ride across the Sea of Galilee and tour a newly discovered site believed to be Magdala. Our last stop will be to Yardenit, where you will have the chance to experience the tranquility and baptize in the waters. We will then transfer to our hotel in the Dead Sea. Overnight in Galilee hotel Day 11 Our first destination is Nazareth in the hill country of the Galilee where Jesus grew to manhood (Matth. 2:23). Here we will visit Nazareth Village, a reconstructed Jewish village from the time of Jesus. Our next stop is to Megiddo, where the Messiah will return to earth and defeat the Antichrist (the "beast") in the battle of Armageddon. Our last destination is to Mt. Carmel to visit the "Place of Sacrifice" where the Prophet Elijah defeated the Priests of Baal (1 Kings 18:17-40). We will then make our way to Jerusalem, check in to the hotel and enjoy dinner. Overnight in Jerusalem hotel Day 12 Today we will travel south to Hebron, city of the Patriarchs and first capital of King David. Tour the ancient Jewish neighborhoods and the Machpela cave. We will go from there to Herodian which was one of King Herod s palaces, a fortress for Herod to quickly flee from Jerusalem and a luxurious palace for his enjoyment. Our last stop of the day will be a walk along the Path of the Patriarchs, where we will see ancient ritual paths. On our way back to Jerusalem we will pass by Valley of Elah where David defeated Goliath, with the help of the L-rd. Overnight at Jerusalem hotel
Day 13 We will begin our day at the City of David archeological museum followed by touring the Jewish Quarter in the Old City of Jerusalem. We will tour the Kotel Tunnels to unveil hidden sections of the Western Wall. Moving through underground passages, ancient trenches and much more. Descending the steps of the old city we will arrive at the last standing remnant of the ancient Temple, the Western Wall. Overnight in Jerusalem hotel. Day 14 We will start our day at the Friends of Zion museum. From there we will travel to the top of the Mt. of Olives, from which Jesus ascended to Heaven after his resurrection. From the top of the Mount there is a magnificent view over all of ancient and modern Jerusalem,. We visit the Garden of Gethsamane (time for prayer) and the Church of All Nations where Jesus prayed on the night of his betrayal (Lk. 22:40-46). We will end the day with a visit the Garden tomb which is believed by many to be the garden and sepulcher of Joseph of Arimathea and the site of the resurrection of Jesus. We will end this wonderful tour with a celebratory dinner and from there proceed to the airport for the flight home. Arrival in the US the next morning.
