November 29, 2015 St Vincent de Paul Christmas Food Box Program The St Vincent de Paul Conference at SJD is again sponsoring approximately 30 local families in need through their annual Christmas Food Box Program. Each of the families will be supported with a box of special Christmas food and gift cards to help with the purchase of Christmas gifts for their family members. After all masses over the weekends of November 27/28, December 5/6 and December 12/13, SVdP members will be in the narthex accepting donations for the Christmas gift cards. Additionally, parishioners can sign up to deliver the Christmas boxes (on Saturday, December 19) to those families unable to come to the pantry for pick up. Thank you for your continued generosity and support! Cold Weather Clothing Drive for the Andre Bessette Clothing Closet Please keep your wonderful donations coming for the St Andre Bessette Clothing Drive. You are making a difference. One of our guests was so overcome with gratitude, she told me she had prayed to God for a pair of boots for the winter, and they were here for her, a perfect fit.
