Annexure - III Terms and Conditions for Sales A Ex-Works Price Basic price per MT for Prime/OG/Powder grades on credit terms are given in Annexure - I. Basic price of non-prime ( NP ) grades would be cheaper by Rs 800 PMT compared to corresponding prime grades. B Ex-Stock / HPL Basic prices for Prime/OG grades on credit terms are as per Annexure - II. Warehouse Local freight, handling & insurance are to be bourne by customer. prices Non-prime grades would be cheaper by Rs 800 PMT compared to corresponding prime grades. C Cash Discount Applicable for cash sales only @ Rs 1100 PMT on pre-gst basis for both ex-plant & ex-stock/ex-warehouse sales D Freight Would be applicable extra upto destination at prevailing actual rate on ex-plant sales. Road permit/way bill/e way bill will be required as applicable. E GST GST would be applicable on basic price adjusted for cash discount (for Cash Sale only) plus freight for Ex Works Sale. On Ex- Stock Point sales, GST would be applicable on adjustment of Cash Discount (for Cash Sale only) from Basic price. Present rate of GST is 18%. F Credit period Interest free credit period of 14 days from date of sales on ex-plant / ex-stock /ex-warehouse basis (excluding date of invoice ). In case customer fails to pay within due date, penal interest would be charged as per applicable norm. The Prompt Payment Incentive is Rs 75/MT per day. G Quantity Linked Applicable to all customers on completion of lifting of following quantities in a calender month. Incentive This discount would be settled through post-sale credit note in the following month. Both ex-plant and ex-stock lifting can be combined for entitlement of QLI. Combination of prime, non-prime, powder grades and experimental grades are entitled to QLI. HDPE & LLDPE grades would not be allowed to be combined with PP for the purpose of QLI computation. Clubbing of Off-grade offtake quantity with any other grade will not be eligible for Quantity Linked Incentives.
