But there are only a few workers to help harvest them. God owns the harvest. Ask him to send more workers to help bring in his harvest. Costea Raul- Pastor at Hope Church Draganesti-Olt, Romania / RESO Ministry Coordinator In the context of celebrating Christmas, I was directly involved in assisting and coordinating the evangelistic events. My gratitude following these events was great, seeing the crowd of adults and children listening the gospel even if the effort was great. Thus in the first week of December with Mircea Dumitru, a missionary in Corabia and a few brothers from Jonesboro, Georgia, we organized such an event. Many people have had the opportunity to hear about God's love shown in the sacrifice of our Lord for the sins of all mankind. In various places and in people's homes, Jesus was presented. Children and their parents were our attention this month. For them we organized short programs where they were told about the birth of Jesus. At the end, they were blessed with gifts from the "Samaritan's Purse" organization. Over 100 teenagers took part in a special program organized at Hope Church in Draganesti-Olt. They were introduced into the Christmas atmosphere by carols and the birth of Jesus, and the gospel was presented to them. They were challenged to know more about God going through a Bible study. Pray for the youth in Draganesti-Olt to discover Jesus as Savior and to be passionate about God. Speaking of young people, I want to share with you that for many years we prayed for people who have a burden for unbelievers in our city. God answered our prayers and by His grace, at the end of 2014 we were visited by two young families from Texas, with whom I corresponded in advance. They want to move to Draganesti-Olt to focus on youth ministry. The joy was great to see that God wants these youth ministers in our city. Pray for their move here in the summer, for the property to be purchased for their activities with young people, for the visa process and the steps which they must go to obtain it. 1 P a g e

Berechet Octavian Maruntei We want to thank each person who is in partnership with us and for every prayer raised to the Most High for us and for this ministry. We were happy to be visited by brother Lanny Loe and his team from Atlanta. They came again to encourage and help RESO ministry. Together with a brother from the team, we visited several families in Maruntei. We gave them a small gift and told them about the birth of Jesus. With the help of "Operation Christmas Child" organization, we gave gifts to almost 170 children. The events took place in schools, kindergartens and during children's programs that we had. We managed to proclaim the birth of the Savior to children and to some of their parents. It was the first time when people in Maruntei heard carols that clearly expressed the message about the Nativity. Together, with a group of brothers from Hope Church, we went to several families to sing carols and to tell them about Jesus and His purpose for coming to earth.. http://bisericasperanta.ro/en/maruntei Opris Daniel Coteana This month we did evangelistic visits and we tried to show people the problems in their lives, the sin which separates them from God and we proclaimed repentance and faith in Jesus. Sister Florina Darvell, who is helping the ministry in Coteana, brought some of the people by bus to the church in Drăgănesti. We invited believers and unsaved people to participate in an evangelistic event held in Comani. I thought a minibus with 9 seats was enough, but we needed another minibus and people rushed to get into these buses. People who have never been in an evangelical congregation had the opportunity to hear the Gospel. The Lord helped us present the gospel in the kindergarten, where we went to give gifts to children. We presented the history of Jesus' birth through questions for the students. They were told that it is a gift that God wants to give and they have to make a decision. Present there were teachers and parents of the children. Lidia prayed that at least one soul would be touched by the message we shared. Later, the mother of a child said she was touched by the Lord and she wants to follow Him. Many carols in Romania are about Santa, but when we sang carols about baby Jesus, the 2 P a g e

teachers were very impressed and asked us to give them the text to teach the children. Opris Daniel and Lydia, Darvell Florina ---- Missionaries in Coteana, Olt County. Dumitru Mircea Corabia About 80 people in the city attended our first meeting. It was encouraging that most missionaries who serve in Olt county helped us. Also the local team who was involved in sharing invitations, help us organize all the details. Brother Lanny Loe preached the gospel and brother Mike testified about his conversion. The aim was that people would be exposed to God's Word and would have the opportunity to come back to Him. The next day with the team of brothers we helped 45 families in the city with food. The second event was specifically for children. With the help of the Operation Christmas Child Program in Romania, we had 120 gifts to offer to children in a festive setting. Children who are attending our little explorers small groups sang carols to their parents who were present. A small group who came from Craiova with Doug Droll sang carols, and at the end the gifts were shared. Brother Adi, a servant of the Lord from Sighet, came to serve with us for two months. May the Lord permanently makes him part of the team for Corabia. We continued discipleship with 10 people. We visit them weekly in their homes and study the Bible. Also, they attend every Sunday worship meetings. Some of them are helping us form relationships with their families or close ones. Pray for them: Catalin, John, Sandu, Doina, Tony, Nina, Mirela, Florin, Eugenia, Florian. Though we are weak and powerless, His grace is sufficient to make us worthy to serve Him. We would like to do all our best for the Lord and sometimes we do not succeed even our motivations are good. We realize that we are limited and we depend on the Lord. Without Him we can do nothing and we can not say we do not need to be taught, advised or correct. We organized several evangelism evenings in the Corabia, Stoenesti, Perieti, Comani and Drăgănesti. We pray that all who participated to be touched and forgiven. An important role in fulfilling our vision had our partners. Heart Cry Organization has been with us over the years. Their support in prayer, financial, in equipping us offered made possible our stay here and spreading tod's kingdom among Oltenians. On this occasion we 3 P a g e

thank all the people involved in this organization, people gifted with a missionary spirit and desire to see churches planted. In the month of gifts we offer, in collaboration with Samaritan Purse organization, a total of 320 gifts children and to in Stoenesti, Gostavatu Pestra. We enjoyed the opportunity to work in schools and kindergartens with these gifts, but especially that I could tell the children, parents and teachers the significance of Saviour's birth. We also organized in the church a special program of carols and Nativity verses. Our youth group raised money buy to sweets for a family with many children. The joy was great on both sides. Children from that family rejoiced but we also when we saw their joy. I had the feeling that we did a good thing and that each group member felt used by the Lord. Pray for these young people: Florin, Catalina, Liliana and Sarah to stay with the Lord in the midst of all struggles and temptations they face. George Serban,Stoenesti-Olt +40 761 698 133, +40 249 531 038 Email: jesus_for_oltenia@yahoo.com Alexe Costea Comani December was filled with God's blessings. Again, we had the honor to organize an evangelistic event in partnership with Pastor Lanny Loe. About 150 people heard the Gospel and 25 families received food and toys for children. By God's grace and the support of a sister from Summter, who also supported us before the construction of the church, we managed to expand the heating system. December is the month of gifts for children. We organized an event where over 270 children attended. It was an interesting time for me, not having the gift of preaching to the children, I did found myself in the position of preaching to over 270 children. With emotions and joy, I presented a message about "the most precious gift" as I never said before. We are thankful to Samaritan Purse project who have blessed us with gifts for children. The Vesela family was blessed with food from a family of believers in Germany, and by the grace of our Lord, another 3 families each received 1.5 tons of firewood. Brothers from Hope Baptist Church in Sibiu brought hope to people 4 P a g e

through Christmas carols in Daneasa and Comani. Thank God for all the blessings that He decides to give us here in Comani. Pray for the souls who come regularly to the church program, that they be changed by the Spirit of God. Prayer: - Wisdom in working with people - Guidance from the Lord in everything I do - My family s protection -activities with children-their salvation - Completion of construction work Mariana Ileana Hope for the Community Association God is good and faithful and we are experiencing this every day. This month, more families and children from different locations in our mission area, received gifts offered in the name of Jesus. In collaboration with a team from America, there were offered about 220 food packages for poor families, and also the good news of the birth of Jesus Christ was proclaimed. Thanks to all brothers for direct or indirect involvement in this project. In Afterschool program we had the joy to work with Lions Club from Bucharest so we could offer Christmas gifts to these 25 children. We are grateful for their contribution to provide lunch that we offered to all the participants this program. Our from Netherlands in partner the HOE organization has continued to get involved in heat for homes project. Thus about 30 poor have families received firewood, which were well received in this cold weather. Thank you and may God reward all those who provided these resources. Thanks to all who pray for the Association projects, for the beneficiaries to know the love and mercy of God and also we thank to those who are involved in financial or material donations. Please pray for: - A fruitful year, for a change in our communities both in material and social aspects - For volunteers and social workers to be involved in our mission, - For a location where we can continue our activities, - necessary needs for developing projects to be covered. Dorothy Reid RESO kids ministry coordinator December was a month of making visits: visiting widows to bring them a special gift and Christmas hamper; visiting a village child and her family weekly to teach English; going to a single woman who is a shut-in to deliver groceries collected by the members of Hope Church and a wagon load of firewood so she would have heat for the winter. In the village of Craciunei the son of one of the widows waved me down as I was getting ready to leave. He shared that he has been through a lot of hard things lately. "I want to go forward," he said with an upward look of his eyes towards heaven. It took me a bit to understand what he wanted, but at last I realized he was requesting a "church book" or any material that would guide him as he searches for answers and peace. Please pray that God will answer the deepest questions of this young man's heart and that he will find healing and new life in Christ. I had the joy of visiting families in the church along with some other ladies to carol and spend time in their homes hearing what is on their hearts. One of the youth from Daneasa, Mariana, and I held a 3 week series of children's meetings to share the story and purpose of Christ's birth and coming to earth. On the final Saturday Marian Stoica gifted the children with a Christmas shoebox. 6 P a g e
