Radiant bliss Al Lateef Al Khabeer.

11 th December 2018 Introduction

When you look at around us and you see that we have seen people writing books on the seven habits od effective people. See in surah Waqya Allah sets up the priorities and goals in the perfect way. This gives us the perfect balance in life. Some people might be very efficient but they don t have balance. Some people have resources but they are not using it. When you look at surah Waqya its talking about something that should shake you and it should take you to the highest level in paradise. This will not slow you down rather it will take you to the top. This will target and benefit lots of people. We will be very efficient if we make our goals to be big. This Surah mentions about the three types of people 1) Sabikoon as sabikoon 2) Ashaab ul yamen 3) Ashaab ush shimaal The most efficient are the Sabikoon. The One who sent this book Allah who is Lateef un Khabeer is telling us this. Imagine if you are a muslim then to be more efficient you have to be Sabikoon. Allah said about them they are the Muqaraboon. Maybe you will be very efficient but to be near to Allah is the best of the things. Believe in Allah and have faith that He will bless you and bring out goodness from you. Sabikoon are the excellent people and they are the best. There is ashaab ul yamen but you want to be the best. Goal is to be the best. Allah mentioned three categories for you to aim the best. People might get demotivated by seeing the ayah that sabikoon are few, but then you should feel more motivated and work for these few people. Imam malik in his time there were many scholars and everyone do hadith and he also started doing hadith people said why are you doing it every one is doing it. And his book is remaining till now subhan Allah. Don t compare yourself with anyone. He had firm belief that he will do something exceptional and he did it. Maybe someone will say how can I do. Allah says look at how were you created and look at the water who bring it, look at the fire who made it. Allah can create situations and talent in you. You need to trust Him as He will do it for you. If you want to achieve any habits or anything in life it will be from three components:

1) Al marifa This is knowledge that s why knowledge is very important when it comes to being efficient. Believe in this then Allah will show you how things will work for you. Everybody is using resources but Allah will make things work for you the only thing you need to do is trust Him alone. Every body is eating food but then Allah gives you the best. 2) To have the skills Allah can give you the skills and Allah will teach you. Sometimes you are lost from where to start but Allah will teach you on how to use these skills in the most efficient manner. This depends on what task are you given for this skill. Knowledge is important resource and then the skill 3) Situations. This is how it formed into a habit and made you. You have knowledge and skill and then who is the best nurturer who will put you into sitautions to train you and He targets the exact efficiency on what is my weakness and strength. Allah will deal with your weakness and make it your strength. Seeds of knowledge that you need. Sometime something is missing but Allah can bring it for you and complete the picture for you. He is the nurturer and He brings the right information. Its about the skills and the right type of skill. Anybody can train you but not like Allah. Allah give us training in life to make us the most efficient. Best example is Nabi (Sallelaho alehe wassalam) and the next is sahaba. Who taught them? Allah Al Lateef and khabeer Prophet was illiterate and he was a shepherd the sahabas were killing the babies. Then with Allah s training they became the best people to walk on earth. If you really look at this Allah has out us in this project. The most effective people their habits is part of their life. sometimes what is inside you works in the best way. Allah showed us through sahabas and the prophet. If the souls comes to the throat then you wont be able to do anything. time is running and you don t know when you are doing to die.

There are 7 habit. The first 3 are for yourself. You have all this already. First three steps are in you and the rest is five are general Surah Asar has all the seven points. Point one two and three are on Amano and Amal us salihaat. You work on yourself first. Seven number is complete. Then the next is that you will live in this world so 4, 5 and 6 are you are outside that is how will you deal with people. The last one is to keep you up and you won t go down so last is the most important one. Step 1 Start you race and goal in front of your eyes. Sabikoon says this in surah Waqya that is you start early and put the goal in front of you eyes. So you start and you put the goal of firdaus al Alaa in front of your eyes. You can set up small little goals in front of your eyes. Everybody needs to do this homework. Work on small little projects. Work on your salah then work on your tongue and then make your framework. This is your goal for everyday and you need to work on it every day. How can you do this is when you

wake up and say your morning and evening you make up your mind that you have to do all this. After your prayer and your adhkaar you make up your mind for what you need to do today. then you will see they are writing it down and make reference, write it down and start applying it. Put a project for your self like I will not backbite. This is your goal and then the strategy to achieve it. Step 2 Sabikoon. Don t be a person who is backwards. Be the foremost, take all opportunities and grab it and do it. You go forward to paradise and forgiveness from Allah. Surah muminoon tells who is sabikoon. After planning your strategy you want to be the foremost and you want to be ahead in the race. They are the one who fear Allah and they believe in Allah. They are not proud of their achievements and they are so afraid whether they did enough. You can be the most efficient in your own role for example if you are a mother then be efficient in your role even if you are going to drop your children at school. Don t delay your actions be the foremost in doing the deeds. Before the dark patches of the dark clouds come that means do good deeds before its time for fitnah. You need to be the foremost. Once the fitnah comes you will not be able to do anything. maybe old age dajjal or any difficulty comes.if you go home you start doing your work and don t procrastinate, don t delay because then it gets soo much delayed. When you are making a choice then you have to be a free person. You are the one who is responsible and you chose. Don t get distracted by surroundings. People will distract you and this is a test from Allah to check your firmness. That s the meaning of how to be firm. Don t be a person who criticize people or else you will waste time. This is not efficient, be a good example and be the one who is making the program and not following the program. Do your work without getting distracted by what people say. Be an independent person, don t be a program yourself. Make your own strategy and follow it. You get easily influenced by people and then you get distracted. You can go nicely into your system and do the coding. Also observe your word and don t use negative words. You need to really

observe your statements. You make your goals in the strategy then make your program. Step 3 Set up priority. The priority is organizing your work in order and you do the most important and urgent work first. Imagine if you are having the time then the one who is giving food and doing good deeds but the one who believe in Allah and His messenger then they both are not same. But we waste time on the first thing. First is to educate children rather than making food for them. You are doing the right thing but you are not focusing on your priorities. You check what is important and urgent. So categorize your work according to this level then focus accordingly. This is what will make you progress if you look at important but its not urgent. You need to divide all the matters accordingly. We usually focus on the urgent things more than important things and hence spend time on urgent things. We need to focus on important but not urgent like reading Quran and connecting to it. To have a priority it is very important. Step 4 Now you go to the people Hadith said that you will not believe till you love for your brother what you love for yourself. Its best to make good connections with people around you. How is this? This is through team

work and this causes a lot of barkah in work. Who is the one with whom you have the best relationship. Start to re build and make connections Step 5 Listen and understand, don t be a person who is always talking. When I listen carefully and I want to strenghthen my relationship so listen very carefully, so understand what you are listening to. Step 6 Spirit of working together as a team. Everyone has a different color but you work on yourself. Work as a team. Donot backbite with each other instead defend each other. You need to appreciate the variety of people and don t focus on individual people rather complete each other Step 7 Sharpen the saw that is maintenance. We need to maintain ourselves. I can t just work and think that everything will remain same. You need to increase your stamina don t be on same level rather keep a check and have a balance life.
