Session 3 3
What is your greatest emotional limitation? What is the cause of this limitation? Reflect: what one thing if removed would free you from your greatest limitation?... What people, events, things tend to trigger the pattern?......... (Circle the key trigger).
How does the mind/body react? Yantra - Images...... Mantra - Internal Dialogue...... Tantra - Body sensations...... The form of your mind s answer(s) is the symbol that needs to be transformed. Transformation returns the fixed pattern back to the pre-patterned state of unconditioned awareness. From this state of balance, a new creation based on your current level of wisdom and insight arises.
Positioning the Pattern Circle the cluster that most accurately reflects your pattern: 1. Being safe, feeling secure, finding inner authority, loneliness, fear 2. Being a victim or a savior, loss of boundaries, addiction, greed 3. Proving self, fighting off attacks, defending boundaries, anger, resentment 4. Feeling beautiful, being worthy, seeking love, lack of self-trust 5. Feeling confused, overwhelmed with options, doubting yourself, speaking your truth 1. Saturn chakra. Base of spine. 2. Jupiter chakra. Sacrum. 3. Mars chakra. Solar plexus. 4. Venus chakra. Heart center. 5. Mercury chakra. Throat center.
Kriya Ritual: Dissolving the Pattern 1. Assume meditative posture. 2. Perform Resurrection Breath. 3. Inhale through nose then turn head to left and sharply exhale all the breath over your left shoulder. Feel that you are releasing all the accumulated momentum, pressure, preoccupations and as your head returns to center - you enter the meditative ritual. 4. Find center of gravity. 5. Lift awareness to the Sun Center at root of nose between the eyebrows. Breathe there for a few seconds and be aware of the purpose of the ritual you are about to perform. 6. If it is meaningful to you - call upon the Great Spirit, your Higher Power, your Guru, Ishta Devata, the Powers that Be (or some combo) and ask for support, guidance, and success. 7. Chant the mantra. Remain at the Sun Center - though as you start out loud the vibrations can course through the whole body. Gradually reduce the volume, tempo, external intensity and shift the mantra to soft chant, whisper, lips only moving, mind only, inner resonance. 8. Visualize the pattern of limitation at appropriate chakra. 9. Move the mantra & the Light of Sun Center down to the chakra. 10. Infuse the image with light. Infuse the pattern with mantra. Feel the vibration of the mantra organically dissolving the pattern into itself. The pattern releases it s form and the liberated energy merges with the Light & Sound. 11. Return to Sun Center periodically. To re-balance. Then repeat until you feel complete. 12. Absorb all the energy of the pattern into the Light and lift it back to the Sun Center. Chant into a deeper state of stillness and silence. 13. Very gently visualize your new dream. 14. Ask the Powers that Be to bless this dream with wisdom. 15. Send out blessings to all beings. And return to the Earth plane.
