Newsletter deadline is December 1 st, please get any articles, photos etc to Gary Willey by that date. She reminded everyone that it is time to renew memberships, see Margaret if you would like a membership form. She asked that everyone fill a form out to make the roster accurate as possible. A motion was made, seconded and approved to accept the secretary s report. Treasurer Jana Wood gave her report. Jana reported there had been no income and expenses included web hosting, donations, fall party, newsletter expenses, office supplies and kids activity bags. Jana asked Jim McNeil about the SCCA check and Jim said he was working on it. Jana commented that all membership renewal money needs to come to her to avoid confusion and she will not be making change. A motion was made, seconded and approved to accept the treasurer s report. Coordinator Gary Weyers gave his report. Gary said he still needs 4 more volunteers for the swap meet. The swap meet will be March 3 rd 2019. See Gary if you can work the swap meet. The swap meet provides a lot of the funding for all of the donations and scholarships that the Rebel s do every year. A motion was made, seconded and approved to accept the coordinator s report. New Business: The election of officers will take place at the December meeting. The offices up for election are president, treasurer and one member at large. As of this meeting we have running for president Steve Lewis, Steve Anderson accepted a nomination for treasurer and for member at large Dean Shotsman and Doug Wells. NOTE: If you think the $18 to join is too much, Click Here... 3

COORDINATOR REPORT My report for this month is only about the swap meet on March 3, 2019. What is still needed are two volunteers to work from 6:00 am till done with parking of the venders in the Muhlvach lot which is on the far east side of the Lancaster Event Center. I already have the volunteers for the vender collections at 3:00 am till 7:00 am but if anybody wants to do this I could sure use alternates in case anybody that has signed up cancels. I know the swap meet is a few months off, but I need to get this done or we will lose another area to another club and we will get less money. Call me at (402) 489-8853 or my cell at (402) 432-3042. Again, we desperately need 2 more Members to park cars at the Swap Meet on Sunday, March 3, 2019 from 6:00 am till done. It is critical that we have people to fill this role, as I already committed to the ENWICC that we will cover this so call me if you can help. If we fail, it lets another club come in and we will lose the revenue, and probably the future opportunity to volunteer. Please help if you can. Gary Weyers, Event Coordinator SCHOLARSHIP NOMINEES Congratulations to Bob Moberly for finding applicants to the annual REBELS Scholarship Program. Bob has 9 Nominees so far! Decisions on who and how many scholarships to be awarded will be made in December. REBELS BOARD NOMINATIONS President: Steve Lewis Treasurer: Steve Anderson Nominations for the following year have been approved. The voting will be at the December Meeting. The Ballot will be as follows: Board Member at Large: Dean Shotsman, Doug Weber 4
