STAND FAST IN THE LIBERTY Gal 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. Stand fast, therefore - Be firm and unwavering. And that they were to be firm and unyielding in maintaining the great principles of Christ s liberty to our lives. And that they had been freed from the bondage of sin and the habits and the works of the flesh; and they should by no means, and in no form, yield to them again. And be not entangled again - Tyndale renders this, And wrap not yourselves again. The sense is, do not again allow such a yoke to be put on you; do not again become slaves to you flesh and sinful habits. WE CELEBRATE THE INDEPENDENCE OF THIS GREAT NATION TO DAY ON THIS FORTH OF JULY, 2010 The United States Declaration of Independence Two Hundred and Thirty Four Years ago on, July 4, 1776 the 28 chapter document written and adopted by the Continental Congress, against the Tyranny of England was approved, The Declaration of Independence, was an announcement that the thirteen American colonies then at war with Great Britain were now independent states and thus no longer a part of the British Empire. They agreed to stand as one nation to fight for freedom. And that the ability for every person to achieve "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" should be afforded to every man. The very foundation of this great country was established through fighting for it... It is easy to take liberty for granted, when you have never had it taken from you. Freedom is never free. unfortunately, we cannot expect to retain it without fighting for it! GOD BLESS MY AMERICA! 1

THE MEN WHO FOUGHT AND SIGNED THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE 1. The 56 men who signed the Declaration of Independence, pledged their lives their fortune and even their occupations for the birth of this Great Nation, called the United States of America. 2. Heb 11:39 And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise: Heb 11:40 God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect. YEAR OF 50 YEAR JUBILE Lev 25:8 And thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be unto thee forty and nine years. Lev 25:9 Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land. Lev 25:10 And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family. And ye shall return every man unto his possession; which had been sold or mortgaged to another, but now reverted to its original owner: and ye shall return every man unto his family; who through poverty had sold himself for a servant, and had lived in another family. The general design of this law was to preserve the rights of freeborn Israelites, as to person and property, to prevent perpetual servitude, and perpetual alienation of their estates; to continue families and estates as 4

they were originally, that some might not become too rich, and others too poor; nor be blended, but the tribes and families might be kept distinct until the coming of the Messiah, 1. The Prodigal Son Had Wasted His Life On Riotous Living: 5

Luk 15:13 And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his substance with riotous living. Luk 15:14 And when he had spent all, there arose a mighty famine in that land; and he began to be in want. Luk 15:15 And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine. Luk 15:16 And he would fain have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat: and no man gave unto him. Luk 15:17 And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father's have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! Luk 15:18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee, Luk 15:19 And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants. Luk 15:20 And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him. Luk 15:21 And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son. Luk 15:22 But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet: Luk 15:23 And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry: Luk 15:24 For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry. 6
