He was crowned with thorns for us! And the soldiers plaited a crown of thorns, and put it on His head. (Jn:19:2) He sweat His Precious Blood for us! And they crucified Him, and divided His garments among them, casting lots for them (MK 15:24) But far be it from me to glory except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ Galatians 6:14 He was crucified and died on the cross for us! It is finished and He bowed His head and gave up His spirit. (Jn 18:30) What greater proof of love could the Son of God give us than to lay down His life for us His sheep?
