I pray these lines find all going well. Happy Mother s Day to all Moms out there, May God continue to Bless you all for the amazing task you undertake as Moms! Summer is so close and we in the parish are already feeling the effects, First Communion is now behind us, and with that the parish always seems to go into a semi-hibernation mode being the time when the staff gets a bit of a rest before fall. This past weekend was amazing for two reasons. As mentioned earlier, 17 of our 2nd graders made their First Holy Communion and it really was a beautiful ceremony, the kids looked great and they were truly well prepared for this part of their life long journey of faith. Secondly this past weekend our Diocese was consecrated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. The video stream from the Cathedral was truly impressive. All in all a great week! Here s hoping this week will be equally great for all of you! Love, Fr. Mike BELIEVE THERE IS GOOD IN THE WORLD.
