NO.F.DE.15(172)/PSB/2016/ 30,S'2)()-- Dated: - 1912-0/8 ORDER Whereas, vide this Directorate order dated 26/11/2018, the admission schedule for General Category admission at entry level for the session 2019-20 for the Private Unaided Recognized s was prescribed by the Directorate of Education. Whereas as per prescribed admission schedule, all the Private Unaided Recognized s were directed to upload their admission criteria on the departmental website i.e. www.edudel.nic.in by 14/12/2018. Whereas, it was also directed vide the above said order that in case the admission criteria is not uploaded by the given date i.e. 14/12/2018, the defaulter schools will not be allowed to start the admission process till the requisite criteria is uploaded. Whereas, after going through the uploaded status of the criteria, it has been noticed that by 1.00 PM of 15/12/2018, 105 schools (as per list attached) are yet to upload the required admission criteria. Now, therefore all the said 105 schools are hereby directed under Section 24(3) of DSEAR, 1973 to upload their requisite admission criteria at once i.e. by 9.00 PM of 15/12/2018, failing which further necessary action under Section 24(4) of DSEAR, 1973 shall be taken against all the above said defaulter schools. Further in order to maintain transparency, reasonability and uniformity in admission, the admission process of these 105 schools for General Category admission at entry level for the session 2019-20, shall be on hold till they upload the required admission criteria latest by 9.00 PM of 15/12/2018.
It is hereby clarified that no further extension shall be granted beyond the above mentioned extended dead line. If it is found that the said schools are taking admission inspite of being prevented to do so, the necessary action under section 24(4) shall be taken, without further notice. The desirous parents are also advised not to approach/seek admission in these schools till they upload their admission criteria by 9.00 PM of 15/12/2018, not only to avoid any chance of irregularity/manipulation by the school but also to avoid any inconvenience to them in case any penal action is initiated against the said defaulter schools under DS AR, 1973.
