At every sttng of the Assocaton, busness shall be opened and concluded by prayer by the Moderator or whomsoever he may request. l. :, ;,. " : ::. 2. Mnsters and deacons present are nvted to seats, allowed to take part n debates on all subjects, and to vote. 3. Those who speak shall arse and address the Moderator. Personal reflectons shall be avoded n all debates. 4. No moton shall be dscussed wthout a second. 5. When a moton has been made and seconded, and a member opposes ts dscusson, the Moderator -20- j

Offcers - The Assocaton to have a Moderator, Clerk-Treasurer, elected annually for a term of one year by the suffrage, and an executve commttee of three, one member chosen each year for a term of three years, who shall have the authorty to transact any busness transactons of the Assocaton between sessons of the Assocaton and make a report to the Assocaton annually. Art. 6. New Churches New 1 y organzed churches may be admtted to the Assocaton, whch are to petton by letter and delegates, and f, upon examnaton, they are found to be orthodox and orderly, they may be receved nto the Assocaton, the Moderator gvng the rght hand of fellowshp., Art. 7. Questons No questons from any church shall come under consderaton of the Assocaton unless t has been frst consdered n ts own church. -22-

Art. 10. Clerk -t shall be the duty of the Clerk to keep a regular fle of the mnutes of the Assocaton n a book to be kept by the Assocaton for that purpose. Art. 11.
