Hayley Brockelbank Emanuel is in partnership with Harbor Light Fellowship Emergency Food Pantry. We collect food for the pantry during months that contain a fifth Sunday. Sunday, August 31, is the fifth Sunday of the month. We are asking for donations of canned goods and other non-perishable food items. Donated items may be placed in the Narthex. Carol passed away on Monday, June 30, 2014. Funeral services will be held at Emanuel Lutheran Church on Monday, July 7, 2014 at 11:00 AM. Prayers and sympathy are also extended to the family and friends of Richard Skrodenis, husband of Elaine Skrodenis. Richard passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2014. Funeral services were held at Emanuel Lutheran Church on Tuesday, July 8, 2014. Memorials may be directed to the Hospice of the donor s choice. The Emanuel family also extends prayers and condolences to the family and friends of long-time parishioner, Pat Aden, who passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2014. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, August 15, 2014 at Emanuel Lutheran Church. May they rest in peace.
