Recently, Jain Farms has contributed to tar the mud road between Thalapalli Village up to Karnataka border. We have taken the responsibility to develop the road towards providing better living conditions to the local residents. The Ground breaking ceremony : Mr. Arun Kumar s Cottage On the front of Construction, much has been happening since we published our few issues of. For an individual, constructing a cottage in Bagalur, will be quite cumbersome. This is the reason we have set up a team consisting of Professional Architects, expert Engineer and reliable Contractors, which will make customers to realise their dream of making beautiful cottage. Considering the vastness of Bagalur Project, and more and more customers are willing to stay permanently in Bagalur, we have enforced certain security measures and we are totally equipped with modern security devices. 1) We have installed CCTV at the Main gate, Horticulture office, Front office and Restaurant. This has audio & video facilities. 2) In addition to one gun man now, we have added one more gun man who will be patrolling the entire project. 3) We have made it compulsory for Members to display membership cards at the main entrance. The plot owners with his own membership card can enter the farm. 4) We have issued ID cards for the maids, servants, laboures and contractors who are working in our farms or in resident s House. We have preserved their Biodata and finger prints.
5) Public visitors entry is restricted: If somebody wants to visit our farm, they need to fill up visitor pass and purpose of visit, after fulfilling all the details only we allow them inside. 6) Our security team Headed by Security Manager Mr. Ramesh is well trained and they are at your beck & call. 7) Security guards are equipped with walkie & talkies, so any corner of the farm, you can contact them easily. 8) We have purchased Tata Ace Vehicle which can be used for fire fighting purpose 9) Most of our customers Cottage is fitted with alarm system and we are insisting for the people who don t have one 10) Jain Farms is encouraging customer to buy walkie & talkies by bearing 50% the cost 11) When we are selling land to new customers, we check the background of the customer 12) Round the clock, you can contact security personnels and their phone nos. are made available Be Co-operative with security measure When security measures are upped for our safety, we are the first to crib about inconvenience. Sight seeing places near Bagalur : Kaivara Under this series, we have taken you to, Golden temple, chikka Tirupathi, Krishnagiri, etc., Kaivara is centre for pilgrimage. This place is located in the Chintamani Taluk of Kolar district in Karnataka, a state that is in the south western part of India. It is about 65 km from Bangalore and about 45 km from Bagalur, Jain Farms. This place is historically significant. It is said that the Pandavas of the great Indian epic Mahabharata lived here during the exile in the forest (Vanavasa). Bheema is said to have killed Bakasura in this place. During the Dwaparayuga this town was known as Ekachakrapura. Narayanappa a famous saint who is popularly known as Kaivara Thathayya in Kannada and Telugu had lived here during last part of the eighteenth century and the first half of the nineteenth century. The town gets its name from this famous bilingual poet.
An Ashram that is dedicated to this famous saint is a pilgrimage and every year many thousands of pilgrims visit this place. It is fast becoming a tourist spot now. Best Time to Visit: The best time to visit this place would be between January to March and June to September. In fact from Bangalore you could visit there over a weekend. Events: An annual music festival on Karnatic music is held in July every year here.
