No.NBE-37/EX-HS/2006-07 :: The following rules/instructions are hereby published for information of all concerned. Documents which are not legible or do not tally are to be returned to the Board immediately through a special messenger and not through the candidate or his/her representative for verification and necessary action. Duplicate documents shall not be issued within 3 (three) months from the date of publication of the Result Gazette. MARKSHEETS : (a) (b) (c) (d) Centre Superintendents must collect the marksheets for all categories of candidates under their centre within 10 (ten) days after publication of the result. All categories of candidates are to collect their marksheets from the examination centres where they appeared. Candidates must produce their original admission cards at the time of collection of marksheets. They must sign in the counter foil of the marksheet. Marksheets shall not be issued to individual candidates from this Office. Corrections, if any,in the marks/division shall be intimated to the concerned institution/centre through an authorised Board's Official. ISSUE OF ORIGINAL PASS CERTIFICATES : Original pass certificates are being issued to successful candidates along with marksheets. As such, provisional pass certificates need not be issued by the institutions. Further, institutions who admit students should not insist on provisional pass certificates. CORRECTIONS : Applications for correction of clerical mistakes in the marksheet should reach the Board's Office within 90(ninety) days from the date of publication of the result. Such applications should be routed through the concerned institution/centre only. Correction in the admission card shall not be entertained as the stipulated time is over.
2 POST PUBLICATION RESCRUTINY : (a) Rescrutiny of answer-scripts in 2 (two) or less subjects only is permitted. The application should be routed through the school/centre. (b) Candidates failing in 3 (three) or more subjects are not eligible for rescrutiny. (c) The application and prescribed fee of Rs.100/- per subject for rescrutiny should reach the Office within 15 (fifteen) days after the publication of the result i.e. on or before 19th May 2006 along with the original copy of the marksheet and admission card. (d) Rescrutiny results shall be declared within 45 (forty five) days after the declaration of the result. POST PUBLICATION RESULT : (a) Notification shall be sent to all higher secondary schools and colleges registered with the Board. (b) Corrigendum and addendum of this result gazette shall be published alongwith the rescrutiny results. (c) The rescrutiny results are not notified individually. HSSLC EXAMINATION 2007 (OLD COURSE) : (a) The HSSLC Examination 2007 for Old Course shall be conducted in the month of Feb/March 2007. This will be the last chance under the Old Course. (b) Intending candidates are informed to contact the centre from where they appeared last for filling up the forms in the month of October 2006.
