They invite Waterlooville Cell friends to share it with them. The programme begins with tea/coffee at 9.30am ready for 10am start and finishing at 4.00pm. Congratulations to Abigail (nee Morgan) and Joel Woodford-Richens on the birth of their daughter Hope Louise on Tuesday 7 th November. Granddaughter to Anne and Nigel Morgan. Parish Breakfast The next breakfast will be on Sunday November 26th between the 8am and 10am services (served 8.45-9.30) Please sign up on the sheet at the back of church so that we know how many bacon butties and croissants to provide. Donations on the day in aid of the food bank. We hope lots of you from both services will join us. Travelling Nativity will be going around the parish again spending each night with a different family from Advent Sunday 3rd December and will be returned to Church on Christmas Eve. If you would like to shelter the Holy Family for one night on its way to Bethlehem please put your name, address and telephone number on one of the lists either on the table at the back of Church, with Toddlers or Sunday School by Sunday 19th November to give me time to work out the list. We only need 22 host families this year so be sure to add your name as soon as you can. Thank you Sue Andrews Shoeboxes - many thanks to everyone at St George s who filled a shoebox for disadvantaged children. Jane Cook delivered 105 shoeboxes to the Clare's warehouse. They are checked by the Rotary Club and sent onward for transportation - 28 were from St. George s. The contact, Jane Fenton, (who very kindly does this every year), Sharon and Selina, friends of hers and a group called Knit and Knatter Drayton, also did some boxes for the first time, again through Jane, and their total came to 77. Jane has now received a letter from Waterlooville Rotary Club thanking us for our donation - this is on the table at the back of church if you would like to read it. As you will see we provided 105 boxes out of the total number for Waterlooville of 602 so it was a great effort. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this worthwhile cause. Save your shoe boxes for next year. Jane Cook
