3 VICAR s MESSAGE Beloved in the Lord, I greet you all in the name of the risen Lord Jesus Christ. I consider this month as a privileged month in my life as I get to celebrate Easter with you all along with my family. We still need to pass three weeks of lent. I am glad about the response for the last four weeks of Lenten meetings in the March. I could sense that you are all working hard towards a spiritual freedom on several conditioning. Lord Jesus went to the cross will fully in order to give that freedom and deliverance that you are seeking in prayer and penance. May the Lord honor all your efforts that you take in this lent. God who has promised fullness of life is faithful to bring such liberation as a blessing. Once we reach the stage of experiencing such blessing, to me indeed it is the time of celebration, which is Easter. What it means? Again I like to put it in three words. Raised Reconciled Restored Lord Jesus Christ was raised from the dead (Rom 8.33-34) and we are all reconciled with God due to the fact that Jesus gave Himself as remission for our sins (Mathew 26.28) and so
4 we are restored with all the blessings that we lost through (Isaiah 43.16-21). Thus, the mission of Lord Jesus Christ and His work of salvation is completed. Jesus is the winner in the race and not the Satan who planned to destroy, you and me, the Church. So let us claim all the blessing as we celebrate Him as winner which is what Easter is all about. But let us also remember that we need to respond to Gods act of salvation. One thing that we could do is Reach out to others with this message of Resurrection, Reconciliation and Restoration. Kochamma Sudha, sons Jason and Jabez join me in wishing you all a blessed Easter 2017. > My Email is achen@interchristian.org > My cell No is 609-480-8861 Achen. 7 Sunday School Corner His Grace is Enough! in weakness. 2 Cor.12:9 As humans, no matter how strong we may believe we are, it only takes one moment of weakness to prove how fragile we really are. It s during these moments that we need the abundance of the grace of God. Like rain falling on a dry and cracked ground, His grace gives strength to our downcast, sorrowful and weak spirit. Our weakness is purged by his grace and his strength shines through. Though we are weak, we serve an almighty God. When we surrender to the will of God, He gives us His grace to keep going. His grace is weakness. No matter what our situation is, or regardless of how incapable we think we might be, His grace is enough to get us through. Trust in Him. - Rony Mary Abraham Youth Fellowship As we continue to plan Family Night, taking place on May 6th, 2017 at 5pm, please come to Ruth and/or Sarah to sign up to perform. Please keep this date free as this Family Night will be like none other before with photo booths, food booths, skits, and more. The youth successfully coordinated a 10 minute praise and worship that took place on Sunday, March 26th. This will continue on the 4th Sunday of every month. If you have a song you'd like to request we sing during any of these Praise and Worships, please speak to Ruth and/or Sarah. - Ruth Sachariah
