As I have loved you, so you should also love one another. This is how all will know you are my disciples. Jesus H ave you visited our award-winning Annual Catholic Appeal webpage? Go to www.staugustineoh.org, choose a church, click on the Annual Catholic Appeal button at the top of the home page, and find out what everyone is talking about! Watch a video, track the progress of the Appeal, find out details - even make your pledge, all on one page! The Appeal offers a one-stop opportunity for us to take up the challenge Jesus puts before us in the Gospel for this 5th Sunday of Easter: As I have loved you, so you should also love one another. This is how all will know you are my disciples. Through the Appeal, services are provided to Veterans, including family support and disability. The homeless and soon-to-be-homeless find a way out through prevention programs and affordable housing for adults, families, seniors, and those with special needs. Almost 2 million hours of home care is provided for people with disabilities and seniors, along with 1.6 million meals served. Youth and Young Adults are brought into Catholic ministry, future Priests are developed, and sisters, brothers, and priests who have given their life in service to the Church are aided in retirement. And St Augustine receives financial support to bring about the Upcoming Renovation of our Parish Kitchen and Hall. Thank you, if you have made your gift to the Appeal. If not, please fill out a pledge envelope today, or go online to www.staugustineoh.org, to donate and share the love of Jesus as his disciple. If you cannot make a financial gift this year, please write Prayer and your name on a pledge envelope and share in our mission that way. Thank you! Father Paul P.S. Would you consider joining me in pledging $1 a day for a year? That small daily gift adds up to a rich harvest of blessings! Fifth Sunday of Easter 24 April 2016
