V Podar International School (ICSE,ISC), Aurangabad,Newsletter September 2016 Teacher s Day Podar International School, ICSE, Aurangabad has celebrated its Teacher s day on 5 th September 2016. The students of Class 10 th played a major role to create a festive mood on this special occasion. The school Principal Mr. Prashant Muley initiated the programme along with the co-ordinators by lighting up a holy lamp and adorning the photo of Sarvepalli Radha Krishanan, who brought respect and honour to the teaching profession, with a garland. The children sung a beautiful song which comprises the phrases expressing the students respect towards their teachers. The students expressed their love and gratitude to the teachers with a mind blowing dance performance. The teachers have been honoured with small gifts as a token of love and with the titles suitable to their personality and their roles. The sounds of claps and vibrations of appreciations echoed till the end of the programme. After the programme a small treat has been arranged by the Principal at the school canteen. At the end of the programme the Principal has given away gifts to all the teachers from management side as a token of appreciation for the teachers efforts. s
Marathwada mukti Sangram Diwas Marathwada Mukti Sangaram Diwas (Marathwada Lieration Day) was celebrated on 17 th of September. The Program began with the flag hoisting followed by the national anthem and a short speech given by respected Principal Sir Mr. Prashant Muley. Mr.Digambar Sable, the member of SST department, took an initiative and enlighten the staff about the event of Marathwada Mukti Sangram Din. Why it was known as Hyderabad Mukti Sangram Din and every minute details of the movement. On this day Podarian remembered the eminent personalities because of whom we were secular. Every gave tribute and with reverence of these freedom fighters the day was celebrated.
Rashtra Bhasha Hindi Diwas Rashtra Bhasha Hindi Diwas was celebrated with all its funfare in the PIS,ICSE, Aurangabad on Sepetember14,2016. It was formally inaugrated by the Principal Sir, Mr. Prashant Muley with lighting the auspicious lamp on the lush green of the rear grounds on a bright morning in the school. Many of the social and political stalwards of the country including our Father of Nation have had repeatedly declared very farsightedly even amidst the continuing freedom struggle, thet it is the Hindi Language which has capability to bond this country of many sub culturs and sub nationality toghther. A drama skit based on above was staged by the students of IX and X. The musical treat was presented by the students of class V and VI in the form of song Hindi Bhasha,Rashtra Bhash, Jantrant ki Bhasha.. In another skit it was deplorable disdain was beautifuly depicted in which it was shown Hindi does not come into the way of learning English and becoming a global citizen. The students of class III to V showcased their presentation by the song Suraj Ek Chanda Ek The tiny tots of Class I and II made the word HINDI DIWAS by holding the hands. The program was concluded with a sarcastic drama by class IX students. Principal Mr. Prashant Muley in his final words prised the flaw-less program on Hindi Diwas and congratulate all students and teachers who contributed in this course. The afternoon shift students also celebrated the Hindi Diwas with full of zeal. They performed a drama based on the theam Beti Bachao Beti Pathao and Swachha Bharat Abhiyan.
Ganesh Festival Like every year we welcomed Lord Ganesha even this year in our school campus with great zeal and fervour on 5 th September 2016. Each day we had Pooja and Aarti in the morning and in the evening, by morning and afternoon shift teachers respectively. To be a part of this pious occasion, each day group of teachers and council members performed Pooja whereas Prashad to all the students was distributed by school. This festival lasted for ten days. With heavy heart we bid adiece to Lord Ganesha on 15 th September 2016.
