INTRODUCTION: Hello beautiful and welcome to my "Alchemy Secrets' treatments explained' ebook!! For those of you that like to understand things more in detail I felt compelled to share!!! Obviously one treatment is a big adventure into your blueprint and I never truly know where a session is heading but there is also a frame that I work from and healings that are included in every session. The rest very much depends on your story and what we are focusing on. Please read on and enjoy!!1 2
CLEANSING & SHIFTING Cleansing and shifting energy before any other technique is the first thing I do. This is because there is more room to recover and replenish the energy field and raise it's vibration. To be free of 'cluttered' energy and outside energies is liberating! It allows you to realign and re-balance a gift in itself. THE EMOTIONAL, MENTAL & ASTRAL BODIES These bodies are responsible for the feelings and impulses that flow through our being at any given time in reaction to the challenges that arise in our everyday lives. Therefore clearing past trauma and blocks and balancing the emotions,thoughts and dream body are beneficial to your emotional, physical and mental wellbeing. 3
CHAKRA CLEANSING & ACTIVATING Each chakra represents a separate emotional, well-being center, there are seven, main energy wheels in your body and also chakras in the energy bodies surrounding you. The state of each Chakra reflects the health of a particular area of your body. Your chakras also reflect your psychological and spiritual well-being. Energy healing addresses and re-balances all of the chakras. PAST LIVES & ANCESTRY LINEAGE Unresolved past lives and ancestry lineage are stored in our energetic blueprint, we don t usually remember the lives which were happy and abundant because we learned our lessons there and moved on in peace. The past lives that I uncover are ones that have been traumatic, and that are still causing problems in this present day life. Ancestry patterns are also very similar as we can carry memories from up to seven generations back, causing repeat family dramas and dysfunction. Every energy healing is different and everything that comes up is important. 4
ENTITY REMOVAL Entity removal is about clearing energetic parasites from your energy bodies. Entities, spirits, ghosts and other invaders look for open energy fields and emotional/mental weaknesses to attach themselves to. Entity removal is important because entities are astral, parasitic energies that live and feed from our energy bodies and create confusion and disharmony. You are likely to feel drained of energy, extremely reactive and clouded in your emotions and thinking. I also clear curses, black magic and inter-dimensional interference. I always check and clear these energies in an energy healing as they cause a lot of problems. HOOKS & CORDS Psychic Hooks and Cords are energetic cables that extend from our bodies and attach to others when we are having an emotional response to that person. An angry thought about a person can be an unconscious psychic attack. Cords are best to be removed even from those you love as you are both becoming entangled within each other s energetic bodies. Cords are a loss of energy and can drain you. This is because as human beings we are in close interaction with others usually on a daily basis. Psychic hooks, cord removal is important to maintain our energy. 5
RETRIEVING & ACTIVATING DNA ACTIVATION Dna activation is a way of repairing the neurological pathways from our ancestry lineage, karma and limiting beliefs. Our limiting beliefs can store in our cellular memory affecting our dna and ability to heal. The Mental Body or mind is like a powerful computer programmed with all sorts of beliefs and labeled experiences. As limited beliefs are cleared and replaced, the neurological pathways reconstruct and new, higher vibrating pathways are formed. That is the alchemy of energy healing. Dna activation is a way of awakening and expanding our consciousness. SOUL RETRIEVAL The return and reintegration of Soul Fragments & Child Fragments is like returning home. Our Inner-Child and Soul are precious parts of us that if in trauma can split from our beings creating much disharmony. 6
In my experience, severe trauma or splits can also lead to disassociation and other terms of mental illness. When in intimate relationships it is often the 'wounded' Child or Soul from the past that gets into arguments and causes drama. Returning Soul fragments is hugely rewarding. It is the path towards feeling complete, loving and accepting yourself and really integrating all of your life experiences. Child fragments are very similar. A child is unable to carry emotional trauma and instead of processing it can store the memory in another part of their energy bodies. This part is separated and needs to be returned. Returning lost parts of our energy during an energy healing brings positive changes into our lives and behavior. SPIRIT FUSION Spirit fusion is about bringing the spirit fully into the body. In my opinion the spirit is the most important part to be in harmony with all of your energetic bodies. This is because your spirit never changes. It is your primary essence. When you are in trauma, anxiety or fear the spirit can leave the body because it is feeling threatened. With some people spirit has never been fully in the body and this would have caused a life full of anxiety, possible disorders and mental/emotional problems because they are unable to connect in to their center and get trapped in their mind. When the spirit isn't fully in the body there is a feeling of something being missing. 7
During an energy healing I gently guide the spirit into the body whilst energetically working with each chakra until your primary life force is back in the base chakra and merged with the body fully. Spirit fusion is about returning your primary essence fully integrated into your body. RESTORING HARMONY IN THE PHYSICAL BODY Restoring harmony in the physical body means working with the energy flow using angel reiki to enable vitality and health to find its way to the places that need help. Your body has a natural wisdom and intelligence that when accessed knows what needs to be done in order to bring it back into balance. Our body is our pathway to imbalances in our emotional health and mental well being. Our body talks to us through ailments and accidents if we are not paying attention to our needs... Our intuitive center is always speaking to us before we become ill. If emotions are unresolved and stored inside the body they can cause imbalances that lead to illness. By clearing all of the outer energy bodies in an energy healing, addressing emotions, making positive changes and decisions in your life the physical body has an increased chance of regaining health and vitality. 8
THETA HEALING I use Theta Healing and connect with Creator/The Universal Life-flow for reconnecting, restoring and returning. The first thing I do listen to my clients, ask them what they would like to achieve and weed out the limiting beliefs which are no longer serving them. I listen to creator for a new, higher more aligned replacement. I then tune into the surrounding energy fields and ask what else needs attention. 9
A SERIES OF TREATMENTS ALSO INCLUDES: FOCUS AND GUIDANCE INTUITIVE COACHING AND SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE Intuitive Coaching and Guidance, another form of energy healing is a way of maintaining positive changes. One alchemy treatment can shift a lot of negativity, uncover numerous core beliefs and cleanse, rejuvenate the energy bodies. But what next? Intuitive Coaching and guidance energy healing is about continuing the shift and applying techniques to continue the process... When we learn and apply new ways of thinking, behaving and acting we begin to transcend our old ways and create new more aligned lives leading to a deeper level of fulfillment and joy. 10
CHANGING LIMITING PATTERNS Changing limiting patterns also means creating new positive replacements to create lasting change. I offer intuitive coaching and guidance because ultimately I am encouraging my clients to find ways to keep their vibrations high and live happy balanced lives. Through a series of energy healing coaching sessions, I explore core needs and values of my clients whilst also proving spiritual guidance as to how to achieve high levels of personal fulfillment. DIRECTION It's not just about clearing your energy and restoring health and vitality but also about replacing unhealthy programs and patterns with new healthy alternatives and strategies. This means dedication to positive changes within your life such as diet, exercise, new ways of accessing emotional responses and feeling positive and inspired in your daily life. When we 'add' healthy solutions and habits into our lives it is easier to move away from unhealthy addictions... 11
ALIGNMENT It's as simple as this. When you are back in your center and feeling balanced and aligned then naturally you are able to have more focus and direction in your life. I believe that all I am doing is opening the doors for you to make a deeper connection to yourself and that it is you that has the answers... 12
HOW TO GET THE MOST BENEFITS FROM YOUR TREATMENT It's you healing YOU!! I am holding the space and orchestrating/activating what needs to be done. That means that you have the power to do a lot more than you realize! 13
As soon as you commit to a session you healing begins. Your Higher Self will begin to make changes. Many of my clients have told me that they feel shifts begin to happen before they even begin the session in person with me. So once you book a treatment have a good think about what it is you would like help with. Drink plenty of water. The more hydrated you are the easier it is for the energy to clear you on a deep cellular level. Be alcohol and drug free!! The cleaner and clearer you are the more I can help you shift although if you are on antidepressants or medication do tell me as I can work in alignment with them. If you feel awful before the treatment it is good also!! Often negative energy can already be rising to the surface to be released. Be gentle with yourself. It can be challenging to go 'deep' into your limitations. Know you are precious and that these treatments are powerful. Give yourself some time after the treatment to relax and digest, I recommend 90 minutes before you rejoin the 'real world'. Believe in yourself!!! 14
AFTER YOUR TREATMENT Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated so that the shifts can occur effectively and rapidly. Sometimes my clients have a 'healing crisis', this is when so much energy, emotions etc have been shifted that it takes the physical body time to adjust. The physical body is the densest out of all of the bodies and takes longer. If you feel heavy, tired and emotional the next day it is normal and means that you are still shedding skins! Do your best not to drink any alcohol or self medicate while this process is happening. You are sensitive. The treatment can continue for a few days while you are adjusting so be as gentle with yourself as possible. More 'insights can come to the surface. This is a positive sign as you transition in your new vibration. You can also spoil yourself by getting a massage, spa treatments or a steam. Spoil yourself you deserve it. Allow the shifts to happen. If you are having 'insights' about particular people in your life, give yourself a few days before you address those situations. Yoga, meditation and of course any gentle spiritual activities will also help you to move any old energy. 15
YOUR NEW VIBRATION Now what are you going to do? You are in a really good space to create more of the reality that you want!! Congratualtions!! I recommend whilst you are in this space to set some new intentions. Write them down and out them somewhere where you can see them. NEW BEGINNINGS Create new healthy patterns in your life When you clear out the old you are ready to bring in the new. Inspire yourself by starting a new class of some kind or yoga or maybe the gym!! The happier you feel the more confident you will be and you can only enhance you life with more magic and joy. Old patterns also need new habits so an alchemy treatment clears the way but then it is up to you to do some 'physical action'.
