PHONE: (972) 562-2601 Margene L. Woolard March 9, 1928 - August 30, 2004 Margene Woolard, age 76, of Melissa, Texas passed away August 30, 2004, as a result of an automobile accident. She was born March 9, 1928, in Southmayd, Texas to W.D. and Vera Mae (McClain) Hill. On February 3, 1945, she married William H. Woolard in Durant, Oklahoma. She was a member of the Cottonwood Creek Baptist Church in Allen, Texas. She is survived by her four children, Gloria Long and Lynda Woolard both of Melissa, Darlene Toutounchian and husband, Javad of New Hope, Texas, and Burl Woolard and wife, Selena also of Melissa; grandchildren, Jerry Jones, Julie Saenz, Monica and Jordan Toutounchian, Brice and Cody Woolard; and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Bill Woolard; her parents; and 2 grandsons. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 4, 2004, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Rev. Lyn Cypert officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7:00-9:00 p.m., Friday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home. Memorials I didn't find out that Margene had passed until two years ago. She was so good to me. She and Bill changed the course of my life. I'll never forget how the Woolard family was used by God to influence my life and my future. God bless you, Burl and Darlene.
