Joyce Fairfax Inclement Weather Policy In the case of inclement weather on a Sunday, service cancellations will be communicated through the church deacons who will contact their families. The church follows the closing policy of Prince William County schools. When the schools are closed, church activities for that day are cancelled. When the school evening activities are cancelled, church activities will also be cancelled. National Alliance on Mental Illness The National Alliance on Mental Illness, is the nation s largest mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. NAMI Prince William and dedicated volunteers, members and leaders work tirelessly to raise awareness and provide essential education, advocacy and support group programs for people in our community living. Haymarket Baptist Church has agreed to host a meeting place for them at the church on Thursdays, beginning February 15, and ending April 26, 6:00-9:00 p.m. All are encouraged and welcome to attend.
