CRITERIA FOR HONOREES Federation Live! Wednesday, June 7, 2017 The Jewish Federation of Howard County is now accepting nominations of honorees for Federation Live! to be held Wednesday, June 7, 2017. As the community building organization of Jewish Howard County, we wish to honor four individuals who have a passion for serving our community. Please submit the name of at least one individual for at least one of the four categories below who meet the criteria. Feel free to submit more than one name for each category if you like. Once the Federation Live selection committee selects the honoree, we will notify them. All honorees must be available to attend Federation Live! Wednesday, June 7, 2017. Each honoree will receive TWO complimentary tickets to attend as a guest of the Federation. Categories: Community Builder Young Leadership Woman of Valor Tikkun Olam Volunteer Award (new this year) Please return the following form to the Jewish Federation no later than February 1 st. The honorees will be selected and notified by February 21 st. Young Leadership Jewish individual between the ages of 22 45 who has taken on a role within the oxygen division, the young adult group at their synagogue or is involved with their Jewish preschool. Donates a minimum gift of $180 to the Federation s Annual Campaign. Nominated By: Contact Info:

Woman of Valor Jewish woman who passionately supports and serves the Jewish community. Volunteers their time in the Jewish community by serving on boards and/or committees with one or more Jewish organizations. Donates a minimum gift of $360 to the Federation s Annual Campaign. Tikkun Olam Volunteer Award Jewish individual who supports the community through their extraordinary volunteer service and dedication to our community, with a focus on the core value of Tikkun Olam, repairing our world. Volunteers their time in the Jewish community by serving on boards and/or committees with one or more Jewish organizations. Donates a minimum gift of $360 to the Federation s Annual Campaign.
