All are in exceptional condition with many in the finest known category. Almost all lots have existing Philatelic Foundation (PF) certificates and all covers have been examined and signed by Richard Frajola as genuine. Ordering Information - Items will be sold at the listed on a first come, first served, basis. If you wish to make a bid on a lot that is lower than the stated, you may do so up until closing time.
