C-15-162-16 MOVED by Councillor Govenlock that Council send a letter requesting that additional provincial transit meetings be scheduled in more locations throughout the province and proper notice be provided for these meetings as well as for the video conference meeting. DELEGATION(S): KEN BURGOYNE Mr. Burgoyne was in attendance to discuss concerns that truck haulers are having when making quick 10-15 min stops to grab food etc. within Whitecourt. He asked for assistance in raising these concerns with the Town of Whitecourt. SE 29-61-5-W5M C-15-166-16 MOVED by Councillor Kluin that Woodlands County respond to the County of Barrhead that Woodlands County has no objection to Development Application 16-2016 and suggest that a condition be considered for mitigation for noise generated from the gravel extraction and crushing operation as well as a requirement for trucks to be tarped.
