Hazrat Ameer s condolences, the Mosque, Berlin, Germany I am grieved to hear the news of the death of Begum Sheikh Sharif Sahiba. I will remember her as a loving person with motherly affection for me. I never missed a visit to her place to see her when I went to Karachi and she never failed to show her generosity in offering contribution to the Anjuman through me. Both she and the late Shaikh Sharif Ahmad Sahib always contributed when Janji [the late Dr Saeed Ahmad Khan Sahib] visited them and wanted to continue the same tradition with me. Please convey my message of sympathy and prayer to Anjum Bhai and Sisters Sheerin and Qaisar; and also brother Aamir. Also my salaam to Shahida Bhabi who, along with Begum Sahiba s caring daughters, looked after her mother-in-law with love and affection while she was confined to bed. My love to baby Hiba, who really loved her grandmother. May Allah grant a high and peaceful abode to Begum Sahiba in the hereafter and give patience to all she left behind, including the members of the Jama at who were close to her whom she always welcomed them warmly and treated as her own family.
