DISMISSAL & LATE PICK UPS All students are dismissed frm the frnt drs (r the main entrance) f the schl, lcated n Pine St. Cars enter & exit using the driveway t parking lt 2 (the Pine Street lt). Drp ffs are at the Pine Street drs t the schl. Please d nt drp students ff in the parking lt. Parents are asked t cme t the schl drs t pick up students after classes. Catechists will walk their classes t the frnt dr. If a parent is delayed in picking up a student, that student will be waiting in the Faith Frmatin ffice, rm 102 and parents will need t cme int the building fr late pick ups.

EARLY DISMISSAL & CARPOOLING Early Dismissal Carpling While early dismissal is allwed, the strng preference is that students are present fr the entire class. Early Dismissal interrupts learning and the faith frmatin experience. Catechists and students gather tgether tw hurs a week fr faith sharing. is a disruptin t the rest f the class and the catechist. If early dismissal fr a student is needed ntificatin is required befre class starts via a nte r an email. ntificatin befre class allws the list f early dismissals t be shared with catechists befrehand s students will be ready when parents arrive. Early dismissal students must be picked up in the Faith Frmatin ffice in rm 102. Parent r guardian must sign their child ut upn pick up. N pick ups f early dismissal students frm classrms. Any parent picking up a child ther than their wn needs a written, signed nte frm the child s parent r guardian. It is Faith Frmatin plicy that we d nt release children t anyne ther than the child s parents withut written and signed authrizatin.

MEDICAL SITUATIONS Every family is asked t prvide three emergency cntact numbers n registratin frms. Faith Frmatin staff first try t reach parents r guardians using all the family phne numbers prvided. Then we try emergency cntacts in the rder they are given n registratin frms. Children wh are sick and waiting fr parent pick up will be in the Faith Frmatin ffice, rm 102. In case f injury r accident, if the situatin seems less urgent, parents, guardians r emergency cntacts will be called fr pick up. Fr very urgent situatins, Faith Frmatin staff will call emergency services. Faith Frmatin staff and catechists d nt administer medicine r medical treatment.

PLEASE LET FAITH FORMATION KNOW ABOUT. Physical accmmdatins. Allergies. Learning needs. Emtinal cnsideratins. SPECIAL SITUATIONS Changes r challenges with the family schedule. We can usually wrk smething ut. Family changes, such as new siblings r the death f a relative. Family arrangements, such as custdy arrangements r any ther legal situatin abut which yu believe we shuld be aware.

CLASSROOM DECORUM The gal is fr everyne t have a psitive, enjyable classtime. The best way t achieve classrm decrum is fr parents t chat with their students abut it in advance. Frame cnversatin in terms f respect fr catechists and classmates. Catechists are all vlunteers frm this parish. They deserve all ur respect and gratitude. Catechists are in charge f classrms while teaching. Cell phnes. Use during class is nt allwed and catechists may chse t cllect cell phnes frm students befre class and return them at the end f class. Students may nt leave the building during class. We share classrms with schl teachers and students. Please, let s be the best f gd citizens.
