He said, "This is God teach My children!" Unchangeab leness By Apostle Charles Frederick OPENING PRAYER You Called He called, I did not answer the phone. He called and left a message I heard His voice and erased it. I took the phone off of the hook; He got a busy signal. He came to my house, Knocked on my door; I hid behind the curtain. When I was in bed I could hear His voice, I was afraid to shut my eyes. Finally, when I least expected it, On a Sunday night When I was with friends, He called. I had no place to hide. A cold chill passed through my body; Sweat broke out on my forehead. He called. I listen. "Lord," I answered, "I am not ready, I am afraid, please call on someone else to do your work, I do not have the knowledge To bring even myself back to You, Let alone one of Your lost sheep. He called. I listened. "Anything you need I will provide you," said the Lord, "Any Words that need to be written I will guide you," said the Lord. "My child I have been training you for many years and now you are ready." "Take My staff It is time I stop carrying you and it is time for you to take My Word to My Children. He called. I listened. Charles 04/26/99 : God is unchangeable in His being, perfection, purpose, and promises. Hebrews 7:22-28 "By which a very much better settlement came, secured by Jesus. 23) And, indeed, they were many who became priests, because they were prevented permanently remaining through death. 24) But He, by continuing for ever, holds the continuous Priesthood; 25) and so is able to perfectly save those coming to God through Him, always living to rectify on their behalf. 26) For such a High Priest - Who is holy, good, pure, free from sins, and Who has become higher than the heavens - befits us; 27) Who has no need every day, as those high priests, to first offer sacrifice for His own Page 2

sins, than for those of the people- for He did this once for all, offering Himself. 28) For the law appointed men high priests who were weak; but the word of the oath, surpassing the law, a perfected Son for ever." Psalms 103:17 "But for Ever God's mercy exist,-" The key to the understanding of the Godhead is our knowing that His mercy is endless, can you imagine a God Who changes His mind every time He is upset with us. Our Father made a vow to return us to Him with the covenant to the children of Israel, as heirs to the promise we will be subject to His endless mercy! Malaki 3:6 "For I, Ever-Living, change not, or you sons of Jacob would perish." How many times have we read in the Old Testament how the children of Israel went against the laws, but the Godhead said in the above scripture He does not change not even when we do wrong. For years I have told individuals, "It is not what someone has done to you but did you keep your promise regardless?" James 1:17 "Every beneficent gift, and each perfect endowment, comes from above; descending from the father of lights, with Whom there is not a change of position or shadow of variation." We fall under the Shadow of the Godhead; the Light of Jesus Christ is the Holy Spirit that indwells within all of His arrangement. His Grace and His Love will save us not by our works. He says in James that He does not change and God is not a liar! Psalms 33:11 "But the plans of the Lord last for ever, The designs of His heart for all times. What is God's design for us? Have you ever given thought that before we were mortal He knew us. If He knew us before creation why would He not return us to Himself? The Godhead is unchangeable it is not by what we do that He changes, but it is by what He does that causes change within us. Our change is to be perfect. Perfection is the spiritual maturity and understanding the full Love of the Father. Romans 12:2 "And do not adapt yourselves to this age; but be transformed by the renewal of the mind, to search out what is the intention of God, - the Good, and Noble, and Perfect." John 2:5 "But whoever observes His message, the love of God is undoubtedly perfect in him." Ephesian 1:4-5 "since He had chosen us for Himself before founding a system, to be holy and blameless in love before Him: 5) having prepared us for adoption to Himself through Jesus Christ according to His purpose," When you search the scripture search that which shows His Endless Love for us. So many Christians have knowledge of only half of the truth because the full truth has not been revealed to them. This is because they go to an assembly and listen to the Word but they do not study the Word to be approved. II Timothy 3:16 "Every Divinely inspired and useful writing was intended for teaching, attestation (testify), and education in righteousness, so that the man of God might be noble and well trained for every good work." Remember as adopted children of the Father we have equal or greater right to the inheritance of heaven. Ephesians 3:11 "following the intention which He had provided in Christ Jesus our Lord from the eternities;" Following God's intent; His coming as the Son of the Godhead, this second nature of the Headship, He knew before He come in His fleshly mortal body the consequences of His birth as Jesus. He knew about His death and His resurrection. He knew our sins and He knew He would forgive us. We however doubt the Love of God, because if we understood Page 3

the intensely of His Love we would glow from the Light of our own flesh. Sin would not be part of our nature, for we would not want to sin against that which is true love. Would you sin against your wife or husband if they loved you and you loved them as great as God loves us? It says it is "His intent" then we must return to Him. II Timothy 3:19 "Nevertheless, the firm foundation of God stands attested (bear witness) by this assurance: The Lord Knows Those Who Are His, and 'Let every one named by Name of the Lord turn away from wickedness." We can know Him now or after our death but each of us have already been assigned a place in His Kingdom. Matthew 10:30 "And even the hairs on your head are numbered." Mark 1:15 "Because the time is compelled, and the Kingdom of God is near, be converted, and believe in the good news!" Sometime we forget that we walk in the Kingdom of God now in our fleshly mortal body. Do you want your million dollars now or after you return to Him in your immortal body? If He says that He knows those who are His then all must be His for He is a merciful and Loving God. He is the creator! If that were not so then He would have pre-selected those who will not be with Him. This would mean that He is not a merciful and Loving God. This would mean His nature is subject to change as is ours. But God is fully merciful and He cannot select some for Himself and leave some for that which has already been defeated. The adversary has been destroyed! If you do not know this now it is only because He has not yet revealed this to you. "But I say as a Son of God you are saved for He tells me so!" I Peter 1:19-20 "but by means of the precious blood of Christ, like an unblemished lamb; provided, indeed, 20) before the foundation of the world, but manifested at the extremity of the ages for the sake of you," We make foolishness of our offerings to Him with the old ways of sacrifices. Hebrews 10:8 "When is said thus: You did not desire, nor approve sin-offerings which were offered according to the ritual." Even today He does not want these sacrifices. He wants your body, soul, and spirit to worship Him in this kingdom here on His arrangement. Why would a Loving and beautiful God place you here if not for your own enjoyment? Give Him thanks for you are to be a testimony to His greatness! Revelation 13:8 "And the whole of the inhabitants of the earth shall pay him homage, every one whose name has not been recorded in the Book of Life of the Lamb sacrificed from the foundation of the world." Paying God homage is by the deeds you perform for other children of God not just the offering you give when you assemble. Be faithful to Him and His works that He has for you; for you are the Teacher, the Pastor the Evangelist, the Prophet and the Apostle of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is upon you that He left the great commission. Teach them the better way, for none will escape Him. Paul wrote in Romans 8:37 " But in all these we more than conquer through His having loved us." God is Love! For in Acts 3:18 " But what God foretold through the mouth of all the prophets concerning His Suffering Messiah, has thus been accomplished." Why then would we need to suffer if sin can and was already forgiven? God cannot be unchangeable and then change His mind. When we see that something is changed it is not because He changed but because we changed. Sometimes we read a passage and assume that because of our action God changed, however God already knew what we were going to ask or that we had a change of mind. Because of His knowing we benefited from what we did unknowingly. He had already prepared us of Page 4

our change. In Philippians 4:4 Paul indicates that he knew whose names were written in the Book of Life. Is it because all of God's Children are given assignments and he knew their assignment? Here you must take a stand for or against pre-destination. Again in Hebrews 10:7 "So I exclaimed, "See, I will come," As written of me in a Noble Book, "The Mighty Prince to Do your will." 1 Thessalonians 4:17 "and first the dead in Christ will rise again; then we, the living remnant, shall at the same be carried up in clouds for an introduction by the Lord into the eternal condition, and then we shall always be with the Lord. Acts 10:34-35 "Peter then opened his mouth and said: "Of a truth I perceive that God is not a flatter; 35) but, on the contrary, in every nation, whoever reverences Him and practices righteousness, is acceptable to Him." It is neither by our works nor by our poverty or riches that we will enter into the Gates, which we must all pass. A righteous man will know the truth and when the dead rise first we will meet them to return with the Godhead. Jesus sent us to teach the Word. By His power it will be done! Acts 26:18 "I send you, to open their eyes, to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to that of God; so that they may receive release from sins, and a participation with the purified by faith in Me." There are those who do not hunger His Word now. These individual will be brought to eat when He comes. I Corinthians 11:34 "If any one is hungry let them eat at home; so as not to assemble in an improper manner. And I will arrange the rest when I come." Jesus will make these arrangements at His coming we are only to prepare the table for those who wish to partake of His food now. The Lord Himself will feed the remaining. Romans 2:11 " for there is no flattery with God" Since the Godhead is not a respecter of person we should know that this nature of the Father carries over to the whosever's and the heathens. Were it not for this we would have found ourselves outside of grace. The God of Israel, Jacob and Isaac allowed the twelve tribes of Israel to survive for thousands of years against many difficult times, even now we see the turmoil these chosen people go through. Now that we to are the chosen, by being heirs of the promise through adoption, we will be challenged. But our challenges are to be a testimony to Him. We know that when the sick were healed that Jesus said, "Their illness is not because of what they had done nor what their families did." But their illnesses and our trials are to be a testimony to the Father. Job understood this and he never went against the Godhead. We should see our trials and tribulations as a testimony not a hardship. Jesus said, "As I had to suffer so will you." Genesis 4:4-5 "-And the Lord looked favorably upon Abel and his offering; 5) but He did not regard Cain and his offering with favor." Here two brothers, both wanting the blessing of God, however only one received recognition. Because of the jealousy Cain kills his bother. God ask Cain, "where is your brother." Cain answered, "Am I my brothers keeper?" The answer is yes we are our brother's keeper. God being a merciful God does not punish Cain. As we read in the Bible Cain was blessed with much wealth. From the very beginning of time God showed His mercy. God never changed from before time began till the end of our mortality. He will remain a merciful God. Deuteronomy 1:17 "Do not regard social station in deciding, whether low or high. Listen not in fear of the station of a man; for justice belongs to God Himself.-" Yet those who speak today forget that God Page 5

uses the foolish to confound the wise. I often ask myself why did God choose me to teach this new teaching? Going against the main stream. Why did He wait until I was in my fifties before calling me to the ministry? I am certain Moses, Noah, Saul/Paul and many of the prophets asked the same question. The answer, as all answers, is simple. Because He wanted to! Do not reject a man of God because he is new at the ministry, because God has chosen that individual to bring you the one word needed for the revelation He has for you. Even the TV Evangelist do not have all the answers, yet many believe they understand. Neither do you nor I know why God choose you or me, but He did. Would I rather do something else? Yes! Do I have a choice? No! As Paul said, "I am a prisoner of the Lord Jesus Christ." I believe if God wanted a knowledgeable man He would have selected someone else four years ago. But He came to me and said, "Charles learn all you can in five years because I am going to use you." I tried to hide. But how do you hide from the one who is everywhere, who is all knowledgeable and all-powerful? You don't. God is of mercy so He cannot change to an unmerciful God. II Kings 13:23 "but afterwards the Ever-Living pitied them and showed mercy, and turned toward them, because of His Covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob- " Just as the prophets taught we must teach. Luke 6:36 " Become, therefore, kind-hearted, just as your Father is kind-hearted." Out of His unlimited kindness I have been saved. I have become a man of God. Since He came to me to plant a seed then He will come to you and you and you. He will harvest the seeds we plant because He chooses who is to be the planter, we must ask Him for more planters and He will send many to help. II Corinthians 1:3 " I thank the God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the father of mercies, and God of all consolation." Hebrews 8:12 " For I will pity their transgressions. Not remind them of their sins. Our sins are buried with the death of Jesus. We have been saved. Isaiah 54:6 Is not this the Fast I approve?- To free those who are wrongfully bound? And loosen your slaves from their yoke? And to seek out and free the oppressed? And that you should remove every wrong? God gave instructions for fasting, praying. He told Moses what to offer for each type of sin. But under grace what are we to do? What did He appoint us to do? To Fast? To make blood sacrifices? No! He commissioned us to teach the Word, not to destroy but to build the spirit through the Holy Spirit and to teach this spiritual revelation to all of His arrangement: Men, women, children, cats, dogs, fish and all of His creation. The animals without the intellectual soul were not selected for the task we are the elect! Are you studying to prove yourself as He has instructed you? Eph 1:9-10 "making known to us the mystery of His intention, with His decision which He had determined with Himself, 10) to administer at the completion of the periods, when everything was to be centered again in the Messiah, both upon the heavens and upon the earth." I find it amazing how many read the Bible but miss the answer to the mystery. All will return to Him! Mark 13:27 "And He will then send out His messengers to collect the chosen ones from the four winds, from the extremity of the earth to the farthest bounds of heaven." Throughout this teaching we hear and read that He has made us the Heirs of the promise. We all know that the children of Israel will be returned to Him. But how many have yet been given the revelation we are Page 6

included. Scripture after scripture tells us that all will return to the Father and all must come through Jesus. But how can that be? Is this contradictory? Of course not! For the three is one God as the Godhead. Luke 3:4-6 "-A voice shouted in the desert, Prepare the highway for the Lord, make His pathway smooth, 5) let every valley be filled up, And every mountain and hill cut down, and the crooked paths made straight, and the grounds smooth: 6) That all persons may see the salvation of God. He said it and it must be true, "That all persons may see the salvation of God." Hebrews 10:30 "Yet we know Who says, punishment is Mine, I will repay, And again, The Lord shall judge His people Revelation 21:8 "-their lot is in the lake burning with Divine fire: which is the second death." The consuming Love Of God! I Corinthians 3:15 "If the work of another be burnt up, it will be lost; but he shall be saved, although as from fire." Second fire as the consuming love of God. 1 Corinthians 15:51-58 "But I say this, brother, that flesh and blood are not able to inherit a Divine Kingdom; neither the perishable to inherit the imperishable. 51) Listen! I tell you a secret: We shall certainly not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52) in a moment, in an eye's glance, at the last trumpet-call; for it will be sounded, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. 53) For this perishable must be endowed with imperishability, and this mortal must be endowed with immortality. 54) And when this corruptible has been endowed with incorruptibility, then will arrive the written declaration: DEATH IS SWALLOWED UP BY VICTORY 55) O DEATH, WHERE IS THY STING! O GRAVE! WHERE IS THY VICTORY! 56) For sin is the sting of death, and the force of the law. 57) But thanks be to God, Who has given us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 58) Therefore, my dear brothers, be firm, immoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord; knowing that your work in the Lord is not futile. God is unchangeable and merciful. No one will perish even by fire. For the fire is the consuming love of God.
