2014 LATIN FEST Fifth Avenue on the map shows that it runs from Spruce through Hemlock. The actual constructed street runs from Spruce North about 2 ¼ blocks and then ends with road barriers near the Boy Scout Cabin. The proposed road from the barriers north is a gravel based grass surface. (PLEASE SEE NEXT PAGE) It is proposed that the carnival begin near the basketball court and run north stopping before the South West Shelter building corner. It is anticipated that the carnival would arrive on Tuesday, September 9 th and exit on Monday, September 15, 2014. The only affected home owner is Helen Nikolay. She has been contacted and has no problem with the event with the understanding that she has a cars width passage available to her on the West side. It has also been agreed that the even would place a snow fence along the tree line to protect the public from walking on her yard.

Please review the below information; this will be on the Public Works meeting on Thursday for discussion! Have a great night! Jessie Based on the attached rendering for the bell tower design we have put together a price. The price is for digging and backfilling the foundations, the concrete foundations, the steel structure, and painting of the steel structure = $8766. The masonry, signage, electrical, and landscaping would need to be added to this yet. MCS has donated the design and Ratsch has donated the structural engineering for this design also. This price doesn t include any winter construction costs, or other costs other than specified above such as utility fees, permits, hanging the bell, etc... Please give me a call to discuss further.
