PHONE: (972) 562-2601 Keiffer Glenn Harwell, Sr. October 22, 1943 - August 14, 2005 Mr. Keiffer Glenn Harwell, Sr., age 61, of Allen, Texas, passed away August 14, 2005, in Plano, Texas. He was born October 22, 1943 in Pulaski, Tennessee to Glenn Mark and Easter Pearl (Wilburn) Harwell. Mr. Harwell was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He married Shirley Jean Hart on August 28, 1968, in Allen, Texas. She preceded him in death on January 4, 2001. Mr. Harwell was a Customer Engineer for Southwest Data Com and was a member of the First Baptist Church, Allen, Texas. He was Past Commander of Texas Rattlesnake Corps and a current member of the Texas Jaycee Senate Group. Survivors include: his son, Keiffer Harwell, Jr. and wife, Debbie, of McKinney, Texas; two daughters: Leah Bushland and her husband, Ronnie, of Metarie, Louisiana, and Janet O Dwyer and her husband, Robert, of Flower Mound, Texas; five grandchildren: Katherine DeLay, Shelly DeLay, Tanner O Dwyer, Zander O Dwyer, and Brooks Harwell; and a brother: Donald Frank Harwell, of Dallas, Texas, and a host of other loving relatives and friends. His wife and his parents preceded him in death. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, August 17, 2005, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel, Rev. James Carver, Pastor, First Baptist Church, of Allen, Texas, officiating. Interment with military honors will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM Tuesday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home. Memorials Keiffer was the ring leader of our softball, kick soccer, croquet, or other neighborhood play on Virginia Blvd. He was my "big brother" and spent many a day at our house.
