When being interviewed by the hospital admissions staff, it is not enough to say you re Catholic. In order to be visited by clergy or lay minister, you need to identify yourself by your parish. So, make sure that you tell admissions that you belong to St. Clare Parish. (They may not ask.) Do this whenever you register for anything at the hospital, as this will be on your permanent record until you tell them to change. SAVE THE DATE!
