Church Members: The Staff is aware that some outgoing church emails are landing in your spam or junk folders. This seems prevalent with church members with email addresses ending with @otelco.net. For church members who use Otelco for their email, you must log in to https://webmail.otelco.net using your email address and password. Go to your spam folder and find emails from church staff, open them, and click on ALLOW SENDER. That should add that sender s email address to your safe list. There is also a way to do this so that ALL email coming from @otelco.net no longer ends up in your spam folder; this is called whitelisting the domain via your email account settings. Otelco s Internet Technical Support will be happy to walk you through this process. Call 1-866- 761-3462. We suggest that you opt for leaving your telephone number for a call back instead of being placed on hold and waiting. They will call you back promptly (caller ID will most likely be a 660 area code as they are based in Missouri). They will walk you through how to whitelist oneontafbc.org in your settings at no charge to you. Their hours are from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday; 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays. Please be sure to do this so that emails sent from the church staff go to your email inbox. A NOTE FROM YOUR FRIENDLY FINANCIAL MINISTRY ASSISTANT 2017 Contribution Statements will be mailed to home addresses the week of January 22, 2018. If you have moved or have a change of address, please notify the church office.
