Potentate s Message Greetings Nobles and Ladies, It s hard for me to believe that this will be my last Potentate s Message. Our next three months will be very busy for us and I am looking forward to it. Please check our coming events in this issue of Jamil News and make plans to attend. Thanks to all that made the trip to Pigeon Forge for our Fun Fest Joint Ceremonial. I was told a great time was had by all, and a warm welcome to our newest Nobles. Also, thanks to those that attended the 13th Annual Shrine Day Parade in Sumter. It was a great parade. A special thanks to our Oriental Guide, Charles Buckner, Lady Tonya and their staff for a great Family Fun Day. Imperial Session was July 15th thru 19th, a lot of new information sent out. We also had the election of our new Imperial Potentate, Imperial Sir Jim Cain, congratulations, Imperial Sir. Also, another special thanks to our High Priest and Prophet Dennie Holcomb, Lady Bobbie Jo and their staff for a super Food Truck Jamboree. Good food, super music, cold drinks, beautiful weather.could not ask for nothing more. To Noble Ed Simpson, for your endless hours of putting together a very special event, The James Gregory Show, I can only say thank you! Your dedication and hard work shows these type of events can happen at Jamil. Again, thanks, Ed! In closing, I would just like to say again thank you for being so supportive this year.
