It was only after 10 days of prayer and close fellowship with the presence of God that their preconceptions began to be replaced with truth, and the disciples were ready to hear what God told them. This paved the way for the incredible events at that first Pentecost after the crucifixion of Jesus. Today, we cannot overcome our own prejudices or withstand the forces of evil except by the power of that same Holy Spirit. The Worship Hour welcomed our Heavenly Father and the President of Lake Region, Dr. Clifford Jones, as our Worship Messenger. Worship service was followed by a delicious Dinner, and Sis. S. Clarke with Fairhaven Children s Choir in their YES I CAN Dinner Theatre presentation. This unique, delightful Ethnic Musical Show by our children at 3:30 pm, ended with a delcious Dessert Reception.
