To truly understand how holistic healing works; you need to start with a beginners mind and first understand or visualise your own multidimensional anatomy, which makes up your complete being.
It s time to ask yourself ask yourself. Am I truly embodying my divine gifts in this lifetime and nurturing myself on all levels? We exist at ALL dimensional levels of existence, but we currently only have Awareness of ourselves at the 3 rd and 4 th dimension, although many spiritually awakened and highly conscious individuals also have awareness at 5 th (and even 6 th ) dimensional level. The difference between these levels is simply DENSITY of energy. 3D The dimensional of physicality. Our third and densest aspect of us is, of course, our physical body. 4D The dimension of thought. Our fourth dimensional aspect of our being is what we know as the ego, and mind. It is our mental thinking self. Our emotional self resides between our 3 rd and 4 th dimensional aspect. 5D (and up) Everything from the 5 th dimensional level upwards is considered the spiritual realm. Our fifth dimensional aspect is our Soul. Are you nurturing yourself and maintaining good health choices and practices in ALL aspects of your being, while you serve others? can all too easily and powerfully serve others while doing ourselves a disservice in not having the time or inclination to put in the time with our own development and healing. In these awakening times, more and more highly conscious healers are developing an overwhelming desire to truly know themselves from a multidimensional point of view. It s time to heal at every level, including the clearing of negative issues from past lives. As complete beings we are beginning to heal All levels of experience and in turn, heal all of humanity as we up level energetically with conscious understanding. A good way of visualising your complete being is to think of all these aspects of yourself being like several separate bodies, and then squash all those bodies together so they still remain in the same space and shape but incorporate every layer within it as a whole. Soul level healing When you were created by Divine source, you were made of a mixture of specific energy qualities, all of which are merged together to create an energetic matrix which is your Soul. There are 8 different vibrational qualities which exist within all souls created by Divine source, but to very unique proportions. We all have a primary energy which is most dominant within our soul matrix. (We call this our Primary energy ). Your primary energy is what determines your divine gifts and natural talents, and this is the reason you may be drawn to certain interests activities and passions in your life, and probably the reason you are powerfully drawn to the subject of personal and collective evolution or the healing arts. You may also have a soul specialisation which is a specialist gift you have at soul level. Soul Group of Origination Your Soul group of origination is the place where you FIRST incarnated after you were created by divine source. There are many Earth soul s on our beloved planet right now, but
there are also many star traveller souls who have chosen to incarnate here at this moment in time, they heard the call to assist with Earth s evolution, but they originally first incarnated elsewhere in our galaxy and beyond. If you are reading this now as a healer, light worker, reiki master, energy worker, or another type of natural or holistic health practitioner, it s probable that you too are a star traveller soul who incarnated for the first time somewhere other than Earth, but heard the call and decided to incarnate here now at this point in time to serve humanity and shine your light brightly and powerfully as you live your divinity. Detox and wellness of your physical body We are living in a very toxic world, so it s only natural that we would want to keep on top of removing all the harmful substances from our body on a regular basis. No matter how much we try, we can t avoid exposure to toxins of various kinds. Very often, persistent or recurring health conditions are the result of a build up of toxins in the body. We can try our best by eating only organic food, using non toxic products, and filtering our water. However, it s not just bacteria, viruses, fungi, fluoride, chlorine, pesticides and herbicides that we need to be worried about these days, but also radiation, heavy metals, food additives, medications, and the many other stealth cancer causing chemicals which lurk in most of our everyday products, and also in the very air we breathe. We are often unaware of this exposure and more worryingly, many of these substances are neuro-toxic and carcinogenic.
