Tabla Workshop: Rhythm and Groove for All In this workshop we will explore tabla, rhythm and groove in a way that is accessible to both beginners and those who are more advanced. This sequence aims to give you a fun and interactive experience, leaving you with a basic understanding of tabla as an intricate language, a versatile instrument, and a spiritual practice. If you have your own tabla with you bring it along, and if not, there will be instruments to share. Crossing the hour of death Increase your understanding of the process of death. We will delve into the vision of death as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Death. What is it? What happens when we Die? What to do when a family member or friend committed suicide? We will practise the Kriya "Crossing the hour of death", and we will go deeper in the understanding of the Pran Sutra, Jiwan Mukt, the electromagnetic field, the Blue ethers, Mantras and Gong meditations related with this process. There will be workshops on themes relevant to LGBT issues, including teaching LGBT inclusive pregnancy yoga classes, the KRI supported teachings on homosexuality and how to adjust oneself to them, Coming out, queer spirituality, inclusive language, queer sexuality and much, much more!
