Please leave your donations in the donation baskets located outside the sanctuary and in the fellowship building. Crafts for a Cause Across the world in Uganda, there are 52 girls who now have a brand-new dress and a doll, thanks to the work of Crafts for a Cause. And not so far away in Fairfax, 120 newborns went home from Fair Oaks Hospital with a knit cap, and patients found comfort from neck pillows, lap blankets, heart pillows and surgery dolls. Trinity s crafts group is also providing backpacks, pajamas, stuffed animals and toiletries to foster kids through the Comfort Cases project sponsored by Caroline Speidel. If you would like to be a part of this ministry, join Crafts for a Cause on alternating Monday nights from 7 to 8:30 in Room 124. Upcoming session: May 21. We also have homework projects. Trinity needs to form 4 new leadership teams. Look at the ones listed and ask yourself where your spiritual gifts align with a team. 1. Vision Team - Create a vision for Trinity s ministries. Design a volunteer recruiting and membership training event. 2. Vision Fundraising Team (VFT) - Develop a kickoff sermon series; launch a fall Stewardship Campaign; plan and execute a Capital Campaign. 3. Hospitality - Communication Connection Team (CCT) - Develop a comprehensive plan to improve our hospitality. CCT with the Staff will create a Worship Planning Team (WPT) to connect Trinity s worship to the community. 4. The reflective Offertory was penned in 1986 by David Evans. The Postlude will no doubt be familiar to many; it is from a collection of keyboard pieces compiled around 1722 by Bach for his musical wife Anna Magdalena. 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Ages 3 - rising 4th grade Volunteer / Register at umtrinity.org/education/vbs Questions?
