Brabazon Jr.-who when available, would go to school to speak to the students. Ken would attend as many parish events as his schedule permitted and would bring fellow seminarians with him when possible, which had a very possitive effect with our students and young parishioners. The IHM Sisiters and I get involved in many extra-curricular activities, so that the students see us living our vocations in a positive light. Our faculty prays for vocations every day. Every Thursday, we had an IHM postulant come into school where she would help one of our teachers with language arts. We have a Mass offered specifically for vocations to the priesthood and religious life. We have an annual vocation prayer service for our students which includes talks from the IHM Sisters and myself, in which we discuss our vocation stories. Our IHM Sisiters also present a display of their order, so that the children can learn more about the life of a Sister.
