Upcoming Events at The Grove! If you would like to join the discipleship training class, We Want You Here, stop by the office and get a book. Read the first three chapters...easy read...and be here at 6:00 Sunday night in the Ladies Class room. Ladies, mark your calendar for Feb. 20, at 6:00. A delicious dinner will be served 6-7, and following dinner from 7-8, we will have instructions on how to create your own prayer journal. If you want to bring your own supplies, please do so. If you are not sure about what to bring, basic supplies will be available for you. Invite a friend! Sign up at the Welcome Center A new Bible Study for women, Breathe, by Priscilla Shirer, will begin on February 27, at 6:00. If you are caught up in the busyness of life, come and learn how the concept of Sabbath can change your life. There is a sign up sheet on the Welcome Center. Cost of book is $10. There will be a new Bible Study for men as well! Authentic Manhood will be offered two different times. This is a study that leads men to live the life of truth, passion and purpose, that they were created to live. The first start date will be Wednesday, Feb. 27, at 6:00, and a second start date will be Sunday night, March 3, at 6:00. This will be a six week study. Cost of book is $10. Sign up at the Welcome Center.
Bulletin announcements are due by Thursday - 9am. Children, Youth, College and Senior Adult News Youth - YEC Conference - Final date to register is February 13. The Children s Council Committee will meet on Feb. 17, in the Adult I classroom, after the morning service. Future activities for the children will be discussed. If you would like to be a part of the Children s Care Visitation Ministry, or would like more information, please sign up at the Welcome Center. We have a start date to begin on March 12. Make sure to sign up for the Disciple-making training, REPLICATE, here at the church on February 22 and 23. Learn what it means to be a disciple. Find our Jesus model for disciple-making leaders in our church. Supper on Friday night and a light breakfast on Saturday will be served. Cost is $10. Ladies, be sure and sign up for the Women s Conference, Refined, May 17-18, in Woodstock, GA. This conference emphasizes why God is enough and that we are not alone because of Jesus.
