I am feeling weak, Lord. Praise You that You show Yourself strong in the middle of our weakness. Deuteronomy 3:24; Corinthians 12:9
I choose to flee from temptations the enemy is throwing at me right now. I turn and walk the other way. I choose to submit to You, Lord. I resist this onslaught of the evil one. Enemy, you have no power and must run! 2 Timothy 2:22; James 4:7
Send Your angels to minister to me right now, Father. I need Your help! Hebrews 1:14
I know this is a battle of the mind. I resist every wrong thought as if it were in a dueling match. I refuse to be outwitted by the enemy, who is a fallen, created being. I take every thought captive to the obedience of Jesus Christ. I know I m fighting the kindom of darkness not flesh and blood. 2 Corinthians 2:11; Ezekiel 28:13-17; Corinthians 10:5; Ephesians 6:12
I confess the sin of and receive Your forgiveness. I refuse to cover up my iniquity; I won t give Satan a foothold of any kind by harboring sin. 1 John 1:9; Psalm 32:5; Ephesians 4:26-27

Satan plants a thought and then accuses me for having the thought. But I won t stand for it! I claim my inheritance as one who belongs to the Lord: No weapon the enemy uses against me will work. I refute the enemy s accusations. Genesis 3:1-5; Zechariah 3:1-2; Isaiah 54:17
You promised to provide a way of escape from every temptation help me see it now! Open my spiritual eyes so I don t miss it. 1 Corinthians 10:13; Ephesians 1:18
