Julie s First Church experiences have extended to being the South Bay Ministry Coordinator, co-facilitating a JTW retreat and being an RE Leader for the 2s and 3s. Julie s leadership experience in the Early Childhood Education field and degree in Organizational Management and Leadership spark her enthusiasm for helping others in our First Church community. She had the privilege of attending UU conferences focused on multicultural congregations and large church leadership where she was able to view her leadership development through the religious community lens. It is Julie s hope that these experiences will provide the perspective needed in discovering the leadership potential in others.
