When you accept Jesus into your life, you are now part of a new family. This new family doesn t replace your mom or dad, sisters or brothers. Instead, this new family is in addition to your current family. God becomes your heavenly Father. The cool thing is that He is the greatest Father of all time. Now that you accepted Jesus into your life you have entered into a relationship with Him. He loves you no matter what you ve done or will do. His love comes with no strings attached! forgiveness Forgiveness is the act of forgiving, pardon, the act of excusing a mistake or offense. HUH!? Pretend that someone punched you. (Ouch!) Instead of you doing something back or staying mad at the person who punched you. Forgiveness means that you still love the person and will forget that he punched you. This is exactly what Jesus did when you got saved. He forgave you! As long as you ask for His forgiveness He is faithful and just and will forgive you for all the wrong you ve done. 30
