The complaint alleged that your facility must have had a spill and this was the reason for the heavy creosote odors in the area. This inspection was conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Clean Water Act, the Arkansas Water and Air Pollution Control Act, and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
