Investigation pending. 1801-0002 3/1/2018 1949 CMRC Medical Call Officers responded to a student having severe headaches after being involved in a vehicle accident earlier in the day. EMS was called and transported the 1803-0003 3/4/2018 0033 Holmes Hall Misc. Incident (Check On Welfare) student to the hospital. A request to locate a student which is intimately involved with a former BSU student revealed the BSU student is no longer enrolled at BSU. 1803-0004 3/5/2018 1447 Towers Hall Theft Under $1000 6(K) $300 A Resident Assistant while conducting health and safety checks in the building laid their phone down on top of the mail box and walked away from it. When they returned the phone had been removed. Investigation pending. 1803-0005 3/5/2018 1530 Track & Field Property Damage BSU athletics personnel reported 2 damaged sheds and multiple track and field equipment damaged during a wind storm which occurred March 2, 2018. The student was transported to the hospital without incident. 1803-0008 3/7/2018 1620 CMRC Misc. (Alcohol Intoxication) Officers responded to an intoxicated student. Upon arrival, the intoxicated student was taken off campus to the residence of their parents by friends. 1803-0009 3/8/2018 1157 WCC Medical Emergency A diabetic student was taken to 1803-0010 3/7/2018 2123 NSU Misc. Incident (Persons Stuck in Elevator) the hospital by EMS. Officers responded to a call for persons stuck on an elevator. Officers were eventually able to get all parties off. 1803-0011 3/8/2018 1344 CMRC Property Damage A student dropped an oven mitt on the stove while cooking. The mitt caught fire. Same was put out almost immediately but caused minimal damage to the stoves interior. Fire board was not called and the CMRC cleaning staff assisted with clean-up. 1803-0012 3/9/2018 1147 Bookstore Theft Under $100 6(E) (I) $22.78 -A student was observed on camera removing items (i-phone charger $19.00, Coke soft drink$1.89 and Gummi bears $1.89) from the 1132 1145 1132

store, placing them in a bag and passing all points of sale without paying for the items. Investigation pending. 1803-0013 3/10/2018 0629 Towers Hall Fire Alarm Officers responded to an alarm of fire. Investigation revealed someone over cooked food on the 6h floor of the building. There was no fire. 1803-0014 3/11/2018 1355 NSU Misc. Incident ( Persons stuck on elevator) Officers responded to persons stuck on an elevator. Fireboard was called and safely helped them out upon arrival. 1803-0015 3/12/2018 1030 Off Campus Harassment Student reported being harassed by another student. The student was advised of how to acquire a protective order through the court system and the incident was reported to The Office of Student Conduct and to the office of Equity Compliance. Investigation pending. 1803-0016 3/12/2018 1250 Towers Hall CDS Officers responded to a strong smell of Marijuana emanating from a particular room. Investigation revealed the occupant of the room and a guess with suspected marijuana in plain view. Same was confiscated, tested and placed in the BSU police property for destruction. Incident is being forwarded to the Office of Student Conduct. 1128 JA 1144 JA

2018-0179 3/12/2018 1700 Lot J Damage Vehicle Accident report 1142 1803-0017 3/12/2018 2330 CMRC Misc. Incident (Domestic Officers responded to a call for a JA 1128 Dispute) fight. Upon arrival officers observed verbal disputes between roommates. Residence life staff was on scene and handled the incident. Referred to the Office of Student Conduct. 1803-0018 3/13/2018 0950 MLK Theft Under $1000 6(k) $249.00- An ABM worker reported placing their I phone 6 on their work cart while cleaning a bathroom. When they returned the phone was gone. Video surveillance to be viewed. Investigation pending. 1803-0019 3/14/2018 0300 CMRC Assault 2 nd Degree Officers responded to a student JA 1128 who was attacked by two unidentified females. The attacked occurred due to an earlier incident involving another student. Minor injuries incurred. Investigation pending. 1803-0020 3/14/2018 1040 MLK Misc. Incident (CDS) Staff member reported the strong smell of CDS (Marijuana) emanating from the hallway behind the stage with people in the area. Officers responded observed the odor but the person were gone on arrival. Cigar residue was in the area. 1803-0021 3/14/2018 1200 McKeldin Peace Order Officers were made aware of a Peace Order which was filed in the District Court for Prince Georges County.

1803-0022 3/14/2018 0257 Lot H Damaged Property ($150.00 ) Student advised to two tires on their vehicle had been slashed with an unknown object. The student believed they knew who did it but did not want to give the name. 1803-0023 3/14/2018 0330 MLK Lost Property Student reported while walking to class they realized they had lost their phone. They contacted 1803-0024 3/16/2018 1156 MLK Misc. Incident ( Notification of a Peace Order) the courier and had it turned off. BSU Police were notified of a Peace Order obtained from The District Court of Maryland for PG County by a student on campus referencing another student on campus. The Office of Student Conduct and Title IX was made aware. 1803-0025 3/17/2018 1021 CMRC Medical Call Officers responded to a call for a sick student. EMS was called and student was transported to the hospital. 1803-0026 3/20/2018 0200 CMRC Burglary 2 nd Degree 5(b) $600 Officers responded to a subject that reported a suspect (s) unknown entered their dwelling without authorization and removed their wig from a mannequin in the common area of the dwelling. No signs of forced entry. Investigation pending. 1803-0027 3/23/2018 0108 CMRC CDS Officers responded to a call for a large gathering in a residential dwelling. Officers upon arrival 1145 JA 1128 JA 1128

with RA s smelled the odor of suspected CDS in the area. Investigation revealed suspected marijuana residue on the kitchen Counter. Referred to the Office of student Conduct. 1803-0028 3/23/2018 1230 CMRC CDS Officers responded to a complaint of suspected marijuana. Upon arrival they met with RA s and responded to the suspected dwelling. Investigation revealed suspected marijuana residue and paraphernalia in one of the dwellings. Referred to the Office of student Conduct. 1803-0029 3/24/2018 1240 CMRC Check on Welfare Officers were requested by a family member to check on the well-being of a student due to a personal incident with the family member and student. Student was located and in good health. 1803-0030 3/26/2018 0950 NSM Disorderly Conduct Officers responded to a call for a student in a classroom being disorderly. The student was escorted from the classroom without incident. 1803-0031 03/28/2018 1042 Library Destruction of Property A staff member reported a broken wall clock and a large hole in a wall which they observed two weeks prior to reporting it. Facilities was notified and responded to the scene. Investigation pending. JA 1145 JA

1803-0032 3/28/2018 1705 Haley Hall Lost Property A student reported they believed they left their school ring valued at $600 on a sink counter in the rest room while washing their hands and upon return the ring was not there. Investigation pending. 1803-0033 03/29/2018 1330 CMRC CDS Officers responded to a call for the smell of suspected CDS (marijuana) discovered by RA staff while conducting health and wellness checks. Upon arrival officers were directed to a particular room by RA staff and observed suspected CDS in a waste basket. Same was confiscated, tested and placed in property for destruction. Forwarded to the Office of Student conduct. 1803-0034 3/29/2018 1802 Library Disorderly Conduct Officers responded to a call for a student who pushed past an employee who was cleaning the restroom to utilize it while it was out of service. 1803-0035 3/30/2018 0318 CMRC Medical Emergency Officers responded to a call for an unresponsive student. EMS was called prior to Officers arrival. Investigation revealed the student is on a weight loss program, was dehydrated and passed out. EMS checked vitals and the student refused transport. 1132 JA 1142 1143
