Renee Coughlin These Are The Rules A Day Without 2:30pm - 2:55pm, Jul 23 In 2005 I had an on-the-job accident involving toxic and synthetic chemicals that changed my life forever but everyday when I wake I know how fortunate I am as I am still here to tell my story. 'A Day Without' started as my uninteded mantra after the accident...a Day Without being able to be around friends (because of the fabric softener they used on their clothes). A Day Without being able to enter certain business establishments (because of the pumped air refresher they use). A Day without my favourite products (because of the synthetic fragrance that creates chaos in my body). It was a negative mantra causing chaos in my life until the day I chose to turn it in to a postive one. A Day Without is my intentional mantra every day effecting every aspect of my life and it all started because of one day in 2015 when I realized I had to make a change...let me show you how you can implement A Day Without.
