4 Audit Cmmittee Patricia Rsier and James Rt Mr. Enigk reviewed the claims reprts frm Sept., 2017 thrugh February, 2018 and then reviewed the claims audit summary and cmparisn frm 2017 Liverpl Public Library update 2017-2018 Internal Audit draft was presented Frmer Bard Member Jhn Kennedy has jined the Audit Cmmittee 4.5 Department Update - Middle Schl Health Prgram Dr. Ptter There was a meeting last year with the Health Directr and tw middle schl health teachers t address the directin f the health prgram Value f New Hpe Prgram versus the value f the teachers, as the New Hpe Prgram was a 90-minute supplemental prgram t what the teachers were already teaching A curriculum change will be ging in a new directin The decisin was nt a reactin t the issues A letter will be drafted t the Freedm Frm Religin Fundatin t bring clsure t the District s stance. 5. FOR DISCUSSION 5.1 Sleep Study Survey Update Stakehlders/Cmmunity survey will be ging ut next week There will be three blasts annuncing the availability f the survey The survey will be active fr 2-3 weeks in rder t cmplete Student survey will be pen t 6 th -12 th graders Students will lg int the website and create a user name Student survey will be available beginning with the 12 th graders frm May 30 th t apprximately June 15 th.
